Abstract: A collection unit (111) collects time-series collection data of a plurality of signals from equipment. A division unit (112) divides the time-series collection data into a plurality of groups to generate divided collection data for each group. A learning unit (113) executes machine learning with the divided collection data as training data for each group to generate a normal model that is a trained model for each group. A state detection unit uses the normal model for each group to detect the state of the equipment.
