Stator, Rotary Electric Machine, And Rotary Electric Machine Manufacturing Method
Abstract: Provided are a stator in which a coil space factor can be improved and a rotating electric machine. The coil space factor can be improved in such a way that: the stator is provided with a divided laminated core having a yoke portion, a tooth portion, and a shoe portion, an insulating member mounted on the divided laminated core, and a coil wound around the divided laminated core with the insulating member interposed therebetween; the insulating member has an outer flange, an inner flange, an end surface insulator, and a slot insulator; the outer flange has an overhang portion formed on the inner diameter side thereof and a notch portion formed on the yoke portion side with respect to the overhang portion; the notch portion is formed such that the surface of the outer flange on the inner diameter side is recessed to the outer diameter side from the surface of the overhang portion on the inner diameter side; the recess of the notch portion extends in the circumferential direction of the outer flange, is recessed from the surface of the overhang portion on the inner diameter side onto the edge of the yoke portion on the inner diameter side or from the edge on the inner diameter side to the outer diameter side, and is at least deeper than the thickness of the slot insulator; and the slot insulator is disposed on the outer diameter side with respect to the overhang portion.
