Abstract: A coupling iron core (60A) is a divided iron core having a structure in which first magnetic steel sheets (71) and third magnetic steel sheets (73) are laminated in an axial direction. A coupling iron core (60B) is a divided iron core having a structure in which second magnetic steel sheets (72) and fourth magnetic steel sheets (74) are laminated in the axial direction. Each third magnetic steel sheet (73) includes a section overlapping the first magnetic steel sheet (71) and a section provided with a projection (81) and projecting more outwardly than the first magnetic steel sheet (71). The projection (81) has elasticity and obliquely extends in the direction of approaching the first magnetic steel sheet (71). Each fourth magnetic steel sheet (74) includes a section overlapping the second magnetic steel sheet (72) and a section provided with a hole (82) and projecting more outwardly than the second magnetic steel sheet (72). When the coupling iron core (60A) and the coupling iron core (60B) are coupled, the projection (81) is fit in the hole (82).
[Claim 1] A stator iron core comprising:
a first magnetic steel sheet;
a second magnetic steel sheet;
a third magnetic steel sheet including a section overlapping the first magnetic steel sheet and a section projecting more outwardly than the first magnetic steel sheet and provided with a projection which has elasticity and obliquely extends in a direction of approaching the first magnetic steel sheet, a projecting end of the section projecting more outwardly than the first magnetic steel sheet being adjacent to the second magnetic steel sheet; and
a fourth magnetic steel sheet including a section overlapping the second magnetic steel sheet and a section projecting more outwardly than the second magnetic steel sheet and provided with a hole in which the projection of the third magnetic steel sheet is fit, a projecting end of the section projecting more outwardly than the second magnetic steel sheet being adjacent to the first magnetic steel sheet,
wherein combinations each composed of the first magnetic steel sheet, the second magnetic steel sheet, the third magnetic steel sheet, and the fourth magnetic steel sheet are laminated in a same orientation. [Claim 2] The stator iron core according to claim 1,
wherein the combinations each composed of the first magnetic steel sheet, the second magnetic steel sheet, the third magnetic steel sheet, and the fourth magnetic steel sheet are successively laminated in the same orientation. [Claim 3] The stator iron core according to claim 1, further comprising:
a fifth magnetic steel sheet; and
a sixth magnetic steel sheet adjacent to the fifth magnetic steel sheet,
wherein a combination of the fifth magnetic steel sheet and the sixth magnetic steel sheet is disposed between the combinations each composed of the first magnetic steel sheet, the second magnetic steel sheet, the third magnetic steel sheet, and the fourth magnetic steel sheet. [Claim 4] The stator iron core according to claim 1, further comprising:
a fifth magnetic steel sheet disposed on a side where the second magnetic steel sheet is present, out of a side where the first magnetic steel sheet is present and the side where the second magnetic steel sheet is present;
a sixth magnetic steel sheet disposed on the side where the first magnetic steel sheet is present, out of the side where the first magnetic steel sheet is present and the side where the second magnetic steel sheet is present;
a seventh magnetic steel sheet including a section overlapping the fifth magnetic steel sheet and a section projecting more outwardly than the fifth magnetic steel sheet and provided with a projection which has elasticity and obliquely extends in a direction of approaching the fifth magnetic steel sheet, a projecting end of the section projecting more outwardly than the fifth magnetic steel sheet being adjacent to the sixth magnetic steel sheet; and
an eighth magnetic steel sheet including a section overlapping the sixth magnetic steel sheet and a section projecting more outwardly than the sixth magnetic steel sheet and provided with a hole in which the projection of the seventh magnetic steel sheet is fit, a projecting end of the section projecting more outwardly than the sixth magnetic steel sheet being adjacent to the fifth magnetic steel sheet,
wherein a combination of the fifth magnetic steel sheet, the sixth magnetic steel sheet, the seventh magnetic steel sheet, and the eighth magnetic steel sheet is disposed between the combinations each composed of the first magnetic steel sheet, the
second magnetic steel sheet, the third magnetic steel sheet, and the fourth magnetic steel
sheet.
[Claim 5] The stator iron core according to claim 4,
wherein the projection of the seventh magnetic steel sheet projects on a same side as a projecting side of the projection of the third magnetic steel sheet in a lamination direction. [Claim 6] The stator iron core according to claim 4,
wherein the projection of the seventh magnetic steel sheet projects on an opposite side to a projecting side of the projection of the third magnetic steel sheet in a lamination direction. [Claim 7] The stator iron core according to any one of claims 1 to 6,
wherein the hole of the fourth magnetic steel sheet is circular in plan view, and
wherein the projection of the third magnetic steel sheet is square in the plan
view, and each side length of the projection of the third magnetic steel sheet is V2 times a radius of the hole of the fourth magnetic steel sheet or less. [Claim 8] The stator iron core according to any one of claims 1 to 7,
wherein the projection of the third magnetic steel sheet is provided at each of a plurality of locations of the third magnetic steel sheet, and
wherein the hole of the fourth magnetic steel sheet is provided at each of a plurality of locations of the fourth magnetic steel sheet.
[Claim 9] The stator iron core according to any one of claims 1 to 8, having a structure in which a plurality of divided iron cores are coupled in a circumferential direction, the plurality of divided iron cores including a divided iron core of a structure with the first magnetic steel sheet and the third magnetic steel sheet laminated therein in an axial
direction and a divided iron core of a structure with the second magnetic steel sheet and
the fourth magnetic steel sheet laminated therein in the axial direction.
[Claim 10] The stator iron core according to any one of claims 1 to 8, having a structure
in which divided pieces are coupled in a radial direction, the divided pieces comprising
a divided piece of a structure with the first magnetic steel sheet and the third magnetic
steel sheet laminated therein in an axial direction and a divided piece of a structure with
the second magnetic steel sheet and the fourth magnetic steel sheet laminated therein in
the axial direction.
[Claim 11] A compressor comprising:
the stator iron core according to any one of claims 1 to 10; and a hermetic container with the stator iron core fixed therein by shrinkage fitting.
[Claim 12] A refrigerating cycle apparatus comprising the compressor according to claim 11.
