Abstract: This invention is provided with: a stator core (32a) having teeth (32c), which are magnetic pole teeth; and a coil (37) wound via an insulating member (38) mounted on the teeth (32c). The insulating member (38) is provided with restraining parts (56a-57i) for restraining a lead wire (39) and the coil (37). The stator core (32a) is fixed to a sealed container (1). The restraining parts (56a-57i) restrain the coil (37) so that a cut surface of the restrained coil (37) faces the inside of the stator core (32a). The insulation distance between the cut surface of the coil and the inner peripheral surface of the sealed container is thereby ensured.
[Claim 1]
A stator, comprising:
a stator core formed in a cylindrical shape, the stator core having a plurality of magnetic pole teeth in an inner peripheral portion;
a coil wound around each of the plurality of magnetic pole teeth through an insulating element attached to the magnetic pole teeth;
a restraining portion provided in the insulating element and configured to restrain a lead wire that supplies power and the coil; and
a press-contact terminal provided in the restraining portion and configured to connect the lead wire and the coil,
wherein the restraining portion restrains the coil so that a cut surface of the coil faces an inside of the stator core. [Claim 2]
The stator of claim 1, wherein
the restraining portion comprises a restraining groove, and
the restraining groove is provided to hold the coil from a radial direction of the stator core. [Claim 3]
The stator of claim 2, wherein
the restraining portion comprises:
a first restraining portion configured to restrain a winding-start end portion; and
a second restraining portion configured to restrain a winding-end end portion. [Claim 4]
The stator of claim 3, wherein
the restraining portion is provided in an end surface in an axial direction of the stator core,
the first restraining portion is disposed at a position separated farther from the end surface of the core element than the second restraining portion, and
a gap is provided between the first restraining portion and the end surface of the
stator core. [Claim 5]
The stator of claim 4, wherein
the winding-end end portion of the coil is restrained by the second restraining portion, passes through the gap between the first restraining portion and the end surface of the stator core, and is restrained by the restraining portion of the insulating element of the adjacent magnetic pole teeth. [Claim 6]
The stator of claim 5, wherein
at the winding-end end portion of the coil, the coil is connected with a coil wound around the adjacent magnetic pole teeth. [Claim 7]
The stator of any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
a jumper wire including a conductor and a coating covering the conductor,
wherein one end portion, an other end portion and an intermediate portion of the jumper wire are restrained by the restraining portions of the insulating elements of different magnetic pole teeth, respectively. [Claim 8]
The stator of claim 7, wherein
the jumper wire connects three or more coils wound around the respective different magnetic pole teeth. [Claim 9]
An electric motor, comprising:
the stator of any one of claims 1 to 8; and
a rotor provided inside of the stator. [Claim 10]
A hermetic compressor, comprising:
a hermetic container;
an electric motor mechanism provided in the hermetic container; and
a compression mechanism configured to be driven by the electric motor

wherein the electric motor mechanism comprises:
a stator core formed in a cylindrical shape, the stator core having a plurality of magnetic pole teeth in an inner peripheral portion;
a coil wound around each of the plurality of magnetic pole teeth through an insulating element attached to the magnetic pole teeth;
a restraining portion provided in the insulating element and configured to restrain a lead wire that supplies power and the coil; and
a press-contact terminal provided in the restraining portion and configured to connect the lead wire and the coil,
wherein the restraining portion restrains the coil so that a cut surface of the coil faces an inside of the stator core. [Claim 11]
The stator of claim 10, wherein
a cut surface of the coil restrained by the restraining portion is restrained to be perpendicular to an inner peripheral surface of the hermetic container. [Claim 12]
The stator of claim 11, wherein
the restraining portion comprises a restraining groove, and the restraining groove is provided to hold the coil from a radial direction of the stator core.
