"Steel Piece Scarfing Device And Steel Piece Scarfing Method"
Abstract: The present invention provides a steel piece scarfing device that scarfs a steel piece, the device including: a scarfing oxygen cylinder having a reference side cylinder end and a follower side cylinder end; a piston which is inserted from the follower side cylinder end into the scarfing oxygen cylinder, and which partitions the scarfing oxygen cylinder into a reference side area which is supplied with a scarfing oxygen and a follower side area which is not supplied with the scarfing oxygen; a slit nozzle which includes a reference side nozzle end and ejects the scarfing oxygen to the steel piece from the reference side area of the scarfing oxygen cylinder; and a controlling unit that adjusts an insertion position of the piston; wherein the reference side nozzle end is arranged at an outside of a reference end of the steel piece.
