Abstract: This steel welded member is obtained by joining, via at least one spot welded part, multiple Zn-plated steel materials having a Zn plating layer at the steel material surface. The steel material contains, by mass%, C: 0.05 to 0.40%, Si: 0.2 to 3.0%, and Mn: 0.1 to 5.0%. The steel material includes, by surface area percentage, 20% to 80% G phase (Fe3Zn10) within a region of 0.5 mm from the edge of a pressure welded part of the spot welded part, and contains one or more oxides having a major axis of 0.5 µm or greater.
