Sterilized Liquid Protein Supplement

Abstract: Disclosed are sterilized liquid protein supplements including extensively hydrolyzed casein for use with human milk and other infant feeding formulas. The sterilized liquid protein supplements have a low pH thereby inhibiting protein denaturation and reducing microbial growth.
