Abstract: Disclosed are a stopper delivery apparatus between a rubber stopper cleaning machine and a filling and stoppering machine , and a cleaning filling and stoppering production line. The ,stopper delivery apparatus between a rubber stopper cleaning machine and a filling and stoppering machine comprises a rubber stopper delivery channel (1) wherein an inlet end of a rubber stopper delivery channel (1) is connected to a stopper outlet (91) of the rubber stopper cleaning machine (9), and an outlet end of the rubber stopper delivery channel (1) leads to a stopper loading station of the filling and stoppering machine (8). The rubber stopper delivery channel (1) is arranged as inclined upwards from the inlet end to the outlet end. A vibration component (5) is connected to the rubber stopper delivery channel (1) and used to drive the vibration of the rubber stopper delivery channel (1) so as to make the rubber stoppers in the rubber stopper delivery channel (1) be flung or slide from the inlet end to the outlet end. A cleaning, filling and stoppering production line comprises the rubber stopper cleaning machine (9) and the filling and stoppering machine (8), wherein a stopper delivery apparatus as described above is provided between the rubber stopper cleaning machine (9) and the filling and stoppering machine (8). The delivery apparatus and the production line have a simple structure , are low in cost, can reduce the risk of secondary contamination of the rubber stoppers , and have high adaptability to a factory structure.
FIELD OF INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to a machinery for packaging, which is used in food and
pharmaceutical industries, and more particularly to a rubber plug delivery apparatus between a rubber
plug cleaning machine and a rubber plug filling and adding machine, and a cleaning, filling and adding
production line.
DESCRIPTION OF RELATED ARTS
[0002] In the field of machinery for packaging, which is used in food and pharmaceutical industries, the
rubber plug cleaning machine is used for cleaning and sterilizing the rubber plugs, and the rubber plug
filling and adding machine is used for filling container and adding rubber plug. In the prior art, rubber
plug is sealed and exported to an independent middle transfer device after being cleaned and sterilized in
the rubber plug cleaning machine. Then, the middle transfer device transmits the rubber plug to the plug
loading station provided in the filling plug adding machine for filling. The risk of secondary pollution of
rubber plug is increased due to the necessity of secondary transmission in this process. Besides, the
necessity of the independent middle transfer device and its cleaning sterilization device cost a lot. Patent
application number 2012100531514 disclosed a rubber plug transporting system. An inclined rubber
plug transporting pipeline is directly connected with the plug cleaning machine and the rubber plug
filling and adding machine; the rubber plugs, which are output from the outlet of the rubber plug
cleaning machine, free fall with its gravity along the rubber plug transporting pipeline until to the plug
loading station of the rubber plug filling and adding machine. The plug transporting pipeline of the
rubber plug transporting system should be arranged as inclined upwards in order to realize the free fall
of rubber plugs, there exists a huge height difference between the plug cleaning machine and the plug
filling and adding machine in the process of assembling; in common, when assembling, the plug
cleaning machine and the plug filling and adding machine are respectively located on the different floors
of the factory, and the factory should be equipped at least two floors to assemble; this invention has
exact demands on the structure of the factory, limited applicability. The plug transporting pipeline is
arranged as inclined downwards from the inlet end to outlet end, so the condensate water used for
cleaning and sterilizing in the rubber plug transporting line has to flow out from the outlet, and flow
towards the rubber plug filling and adding machine at least. It is necessary to additionally set a drainage
system on the rubber plug filling and adding machine to deal with the condensate water, which cost a lot.
SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
[0003] Accordingly, the object of the present invention is to solve the technical problem of the
conventional technologies and provides a rubber plug delivery apparatus between a rubber plug cleaning
machine and a rubber plug filling and adding machine, and a cleaning, filling and adding production line,
which is simple in structure, low in cost, high adaptability to a factory structure and can reduce the risk
of secondary pollution.

filling and adding machine comprises a rubber plug transporting pipeline, wherein an inlet end of the
rubber plug transporting pipeline is connected to a rubber plug outlet of the rubber plug cleaning

machine, wherein an outlet end of the rubber plug transporting pipeline leads to a rubber plug loading
station of the rubber plug filling and adding machine, wherein the rubber plug transporting pipeline is
arranged as inclined upwards from the inlet end to the outlet end, wherein a vibration component is
connected to the rubber plug transporting pipeline and used to drive the vibration of the rubber plug
transporting pipeline so as to make the rubber plugs in the rubber plug transporting pipeline be flung or
slide from the inlet end to the outlet end.

[0007] A water outlet is provided on the lower location close to the inlet end of the rubber plug
transporting pipeline, wherein the water outlet is connected to a drainage component which is lead to the
drainage system of the rubber plug cleaning machine.
[0008] The drainage component comprises an inlet pipe, a drainage pipe and a rotary joint, wherein the
inlet pipe is connected to the rotary end of the rotary joint and linked with the water outlet, wherein the
drainage pipe is connected to the fixed end of the rotary joint and lead to the drainage system.
[0009] A cleaning and sterilizing pipe is provided on the outside of the rubber plug transporting pipeline,
wherein the cleaning and sterilizing pipe is provided with one or more groups of rotary nozzles used for
spraying cleaning and sterilization medium, wherein the rotary nozzles is arranged stretch into the
rubber plug transporting pipeline.
[0010] The rubber plug transporting pipeline is supported by one or more groups of supporting parts,
wherein the supporting part and the rubber plug transporting pipeline there between is provided with a
damping part.
[0011] The inlet of the rubber plug transporting pipeline is connected to the rubber plug outlet through a
damping hose.
[0012] The vibration component is a pneumatic vibrator or electromagnetic vibrator or vibration motor.
[0013] A rubber plug cleaning, filling and adding production line comprises a rubber plug cleaning
machine and a rubber plug filling and adding machine, wherein a rubber plug delivery apparatus is
provided between the rubber plug cleaning machine and the rubber plug filling and adding machine.

the same floor of the factory.
[0016] Compared to conventional technologies, the advantages of the present invention are as follows: 1.
The rubber plug delivery apparatus used in the present invention is directly connected with the rubber
plug cleaning machine and the rubber plug filling and adding machine through the rubber plug
transporting pipeline, to realize the hermetically transportation of the rubber plugs; the rubber plug
delivery apparatus is simple in structure, low in cost, and can reduce the risk of secondary pollution.
2.The rubber plug delivery apparatus is arranged as inclined upwards from the inlet end to the outlet end,
and the rubber plugs in the rubber plug transporting pipeline be flung or slide from the inlet end to the
outlet end through the vibration component used to drive the vibration of the rubber plug transporting
pipeline, to realize the transportation of the rubber plugs; condensate water, which is created in the
process of cleaning and sterilizing in the rubber plug transporting pipeline, flows from the outlet end to
the direction of inlet end with the effect of its own gravity, and finally flows one end close to the rubber
cleaning machine; so it is very convenient to discharge the condensate water to the drainage system of

the rubber plug cleaning machine itself, without arranged an additional drainage system to deal with the
condensate water, which is greatly reduced the fees, lower in cost. 3. Just a small angle inclined of the
rubber plug transporting pipeline, condensate water could flow from the inlet end to the outlet end. Thus,
it is unnecessary to arrange a huge height difference between the plug cleaning machine and the rubber
plug filling and adding machine. The mentioned two machines could be located on the same floor of the
factory, which has high adaptability to a factory structure. The rubber plug cleaning, filling and adding
production line used in present invention has the same advantages.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0020] The present invention is further described with the accompanying drawings and illustrative
examples as follows.
[0021] As shown in Fig.1, the rubber plug delivery apparatus between a rubber plug cleaning machine
and a rubber plug filling and adding machine in present invention comprises a rubber plug transporting
pipeline 1; an inlet end of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 is hermetically connected with a rubber
plug outlet 91 of the rubber plug cleaning machine 9; an outlet end of the rubber plug transporting
pipeline 1 leads to a rubber plug loading station (plug loading hopper 81 in present embodiment) of the
rubber plug filling and adding machine 8; the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 is arranged as inclined
upwards from the inlet end to the outlet end; the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 is connected to a
vibration component 5 used to drive the vibration of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 so as to
make the rubber plugs in the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 be flung or slide from the inlet end to
the outlet end, to realize the transportation of the rubber plugs. The vibration component 5 is a
pneumatic vibrator, electromagnetic vibrator or vibration motor. In order to guarantee that the rubber
plugs could be flung or slide from the inlet end to the outlet end under the effect of vibration, the
gradient of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 is arranged small. The gradient is 5 degrees in the
present embodiment.
[0022] In the present embodiment, a water outlet 13 is provided on the lower location close to the inlet
end of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1; the water outlet 13 is connected to a drainage component,
which leads to the drainage system 92 of the rubber plug cleaning machine 9. The condensate water used
for cleaning and sterilizing in the rubber plug transporting line 1 flows towards the drainage system 92
of the rubber plug cleaning machine 9.
[0023] In the present embodiment, the drainage component comprises an inlet pipe 61, a drainage pipe
62 and a rotary joint 63; the inlet pipe 61 is a hose; the hose is connected with the rotary end of the
rotary joint 63 and linked with the water outlet 13; the drainage pipe 62 is connected to the fixed end of
the rotary joint 63 and leads to the drainage system 92.

[0024] In present embodiment, a cleaning and sterilizing pipe 2 used for cleaning and sterilizing the
inside of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 is provided on the outside of the rubber plug
transporting pipeline 1; the cleaning and sterilizing pipe 2 is provided on the rubber plug transporting
pipeline 1 along its length direction; the cleaning and sterilizing pipe 2, along its length direction, is
provided with one or more groups of rotary nozzles 10 used for spraying the cleaning and sterilization
medium at intervals; the rotary nozzles 10 is arranged stretch into the rubber plug transporting pipeline
1 through the through-hole provided on the pipe wall of rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 (see figure
2). Cleaning water and saturated vapor is sprayed from the rotary nozzles 10 through the cleaning and
sterilizing pipe 2 to clean and sterilize the inside of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1, to realize the
process of cleaning and sterilizing online. Condensate water created in the process of cleaning and
sterilizing flows from the outlet end of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 to the direction of inlet
end with the effect of its own gravity, and finally flows to the water outlet 13; condensate water is
discharged to the drainage system 92 of the rubber plug cleaning machine 9 through the drainage
component.
[0025] In the present embodiment, the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 is supported by one or more
groups of supporting parts 12; the supporting parts 12 is a bracing piece; the number is two; the bracing
piece and the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 there between is provided with a damping part 7 (such
as damping rubber spring), reducing the ground vibration of factory caused by the vibration of the
rubber plug transporting pipeline 1, avoiding influence other equipment in the factory.
[0026] In the present embodiment, the inlet end of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 is connected
to the rubber plug outlet 91 through a damping hose 4, to prevent the connection from damage caused by
the vibration of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1.
[0027] In the present embodiment, the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 is provided with one or more
groups of observation viewports 3, which makes it is easy to observe, maintain, and assemble the inside
of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1. The outer wall of the rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 is
provided with an insulation layer, to guarantee that we could control the temperature variation of the
rubber plug transporting pipeline 1 in the working process.
[0028] The rubber plug cleaning, filling and adding production line in the present invention comprises a
rubber plug cleaning machine 9 and a rubber plug filling and adding machine 8; the rubber plug delivery
apparatus mentioned above is provided between the rubber plug cleaning machine 9 and the rubber plug
filling and adding machine 8. The rubber plug cleaning machine 9 and the rubber plug filling and adding
machine 8 are located on the same floor. In other words, the production line is suitable for a factory with
one floor, cutting down the assembling cost of production line.

invention are not limited by the above embodiments; therefore, all of the technical solutions within the
spirit of the present invention should be included within the scope of the present invention. It should be
pointed out that this invention includes all modifications encompassed within the spirit and the scope of
the present invention; for one skilled in the art.
WE CLAIM:
1. A rubber plug delivery apparatus between a rubber plug cleaning machine and a rubber plug filling
and adding machine comprises a rubber plug transporting pipeline (1), wherein an inlet end of the rubber
plug transporting pipeline (1) is connected to a rubber plug outlet (91) of the rubber plug cleaning
machine (9), wherein an outlet end of the rubber plug transporting pipeline (1) leads to a rubber plug
loading station of the rubber plug filling and adding machine (8), wherein the rubber plug transporting
pipeline (1) is arranged as inclined upwards from the inlet end to the outlet end, wherein a vibration
component (5) is connected to the rubber plug transporting pipeline (1) and used to drive the vibration of
the rubber plug transporting pipeline (1) so as to make the rubber plugs in the rubber plug transporting
pipeline (1) be flung or slide from the inlet end to the outlet end.
2. A rubber plug delivery apparatus between a rubber plug cleaning machine and a rubber plug filling
and adding machine according to claim 1, a water outlet (13) is provided on the lower location close to
the inlet end of the rubber plug transporting pipeline (1), wherein the water outlet (13) is connected to a
drainage component which leads to the drainage system (92) of the rubber plug cleaning machine (9).
3. A rubber plug delivery apparatus between a rubber plug cleaning machine and a rubber plug filling
and adding machine according to claim 2, the drainage component comprises an inlet pipe (61), a
drainage pipe (62) and a rotary joint (63), wherein the inlet pipe (61) is connected to the rotary end of
the rotary joint (63) and linked with the water outlet (13), wherein the drainage pipe (62) is connected to
the fixed end of the rotary joint (63) and lead to the drainage system (92).
4. A rubber plug delivery apparatus between a rubber plug cleaning machine and a rubber plug filling
and adding machine according to claim 1 or claim 2 or claim 3, a cleaning and sterilizing pipe is
provided on the outside of the rubber plug transporting pipeline (1), wherein the cleaning and sterilizing
pipe (2) is provided with one or more groups of rotary nozzles (10) used for spraying cleaning and
sterilization medium, wherein the rotary nozzles (10) is arranged stretch into the rubber plug
transporting pipeline (1).
5. A rubber plug delivery apparatus between a rubber plug cleaning machine and a rubber plug filling
and adding machine according to claim 1 or claim 2 or claim 3, the rubber plug transporting pipeline (1)
is supported by one or more groups of supporting parts (12), wherein the supporting part (12) and the
rubber plug transporting pipeline (1) there between is provided with a damping part (7).
6. A rubber plug delivery apparatus between a rubber plug cleaning machine and a rubber plug filling
and adding machine according to claim 1 or claim 2 or claim 3, the inlet end of the rubber plug
transporting pipeline (1) is connected to the rubber plug outlet (91) through a damping hose (4).
7. A rubber plug delivery apparatus between a rubber plug cleaning machine and a rubber plug filling
and adding machine according to claim 1 or claim 2 or claim 3, the vibration component (5) is a
pneumatic vibrator or electromagnetic vibrator or vibration motor.
8. A rubber plug cleaning, filling and adding production line comprises a rubber plug cleaning
machine (9) and a rubber plug filling and adding machine (8), wherein a rubber plug delivery apparatus
according to any claims above from claim 1 to claim 7 is provided between the rubber plug cleaning
machine (9) and the rubber plug filling and adding machine (8).
9. A rubber plug cleaning, filling and adding production line according to claim 8, the rubber plug
cleaning machine (9) and the rubber plug filling and adding machine (8) is located on the same floor of
the factory.
