Abstract: ABSTRACT STRUCTURAL PART OF A RAILWAY VEHICLE ADAPTED TO FORM A REAR PANEL 5 A welded structural part (18) of a railway vehicle, adapted to form a rear panel in a longitudinal direction (L), and comprising: - a first sheet (22A), - a second sheet (22B) welded to, or integral with, the first sheet to define an opening (24) for human movement between railway vehicles, and 10 - a third sheet (26A) and a fourth sheet (26B) welded to the first sheet and the second sheet respectively, and extending in a transverse direction (T) from the first sheet and the second sheet, the sheets respectively comprising pluralities of bends (32A, 34A, 36A, 56A, 58A, 60A, 62A, 32B, 34B, 36B, 56B, 58B, 60B, 62B) extending in the same bend direction (V) perpendicular to the transverse direction 15 to form respectively reinforcements (38A, 74A, 38B, 74B) of the sheets.
