Abstract: A structure for reducing resistance of a fluid comprises a first surface in contact with a fluid, a friction part that is positioned on the first surface and that widens in a surface first direction following the first surface, and a first smooth part that is positioned on the first surface and is adjacent to the friction part in a surface second direction intersecting the surface first direction. The friction portion includes a plurality of first guiding structures arranged in the surface first direction, the first guiding structures guiding the fluid to the first smooth part. The first guiding structures each include a first end portion extending toward the first smooth part. The first end portions each have a first inclination angle greater than 0° and less than 90° relative to the surface first direction.
