PROVISIONAL
The following specification describes the invention.
COMPLETE
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.

Field of Invention:
The present invention relates to submersible electric motor sealing system which is being used in underground tanks, water wells, open wells, rivers and canals for hosing purpose etc. More precisely this invention is related to sealing system of the motor which is made particularly for the submersible pump. The main purpose of the present invention is to protect the stator winding from short circuit due to water contact inside motor bearing housing and surrounding rotor so, removable electrical partition is provided between stator and rotor to enable of rewinding of the stator after dismounting.
Background of the Invention:
The present invention relates to an electrical submersible motor, particular for the submerged pumps. The motor that is normally used is a single - phase or three- - phase asynchronous motor which requires two or three stator windings, and a squirrel cage induction rotor. Normally the shaft extension is such that one can couple a pump on it or pump impellers can be mounted on the same shaft. The combined motor - pump device is used in open or deep wells which can be to a few hundred meters deep. As rotor is squirrel cage type and hence both ends are short circuited, rotor is not required to be insulated from water / conductive media. To protect stator winding, from the surrounding water, several ways are applied.

1. Stator winding wire used can be coated / wrapped by water - tight material, proving it sufficient die-electric strength. Motors with such windings requires more space to wind and hence more expensive and less efficient. Still it is popular as it is rewind able. Here rotor and stator both are submerged in water coolant filled in the motor. To protect motor from surrounding water, only oil - seal or low pressure seal is sufficient as even surrounding water enters the motor, motor winding is water- tight.
2. Stator winding wire is coated with enamel and both stator and rotor are in dielectric lubricant to prevent stator winding as it is not water - tight. To protect stator winding form the surrounding water, mechanical seal is provided. As motor is sealed at rotating partition, motor is more dependent on the mechanical seal and failure of that can even contaminate the surrounding water.
3. Stator winding wire is coated with enamel and then stator is sealed by fabricating a can surrounding the stator and winding. Such can is then filled with one of the following materials.

• Dielectric resin to become a solid mass inside
• Dielectric oil

• Dry Gas / Air
This kind of motor, apart from stator shell, Is similar to above stated type 1. Here also the rotor is surrounded by conductive media like water. And so to protect motor from surrounding water , only oil - seal or low pressure seal is sufficient as even surrounding water enters the motor , motor winding is water - tight. But this kind of motor is not rewind able. In order to solve the problem of high cost and low efficiency of above stated type 1, type 2 was invented, but due to reliability factor, type 2 could not go beyond certain depth. To overcome the problems of both type 1 and 2, type 3 is invented. In the third types invented submersible motor sealing system, such motor winding is not repairable or rewind able. There are some problems in the existing submersible motor sealing system that can be explained below with reference to following patent application. XJS5627420 disclosed the information about the submersible pump which power by canned electric motor having a removable stator cartridge. This motor has a removable stator cartridge. One end of generally hollow pressure housing is secured to pump housing. An annular stator cartridge is removable secured in the pressure housing. An annular gap between the inner surface of the pressure housing and the outer surface of the stator

cartridge defines the flow path for cooling fluid to permit the stator cartridge to be surrounded by cooling fluid.
To solve or substantially reduce the problems of conventional electrical motors for the submersible pumps the present invented submersible electrical motor sealing system is invented.
Object of the Invention:
The principle object of the present invention is to provide a motor which allow both economy and rewind ability without compromising the efficiency. The principle object become more apparent hereinafter are achieved by an electrical motor particularly for submersible pumps, characterized in it that it comprises removable electrical partition between stator and rotor to enable rewinding of the stator winding and protect it from short circuit due to water contact inside motor bearing housings and surrounding rotor. Thus rotor is in contact with water or lubricant and stator winding remains in dry atmosphere cooled by either dry air or non-toxic gas.
The present invention will be more and clearly understood from the following details description and with reference to the attached drawings.

Brief Description of the Drawings:
The present invention describes in more detail clearly with reference to
following figures.
Figure 1 represents the longitudinal section view of a motor with
extended shaft mounted impellers. Figure 2 represents the cross sectional and other views of the motor
with pump Figure 3a represents the cross sectional view of removable electrical

Detailed Description:
The present invention is not limited in application. The present invention is used in under water, open wells, rivers, tanks etc. Referring to the drawing and particularly to Figure 1 is a longitudinal section view of a motor with extended shaft mounted impellers according to the present invention. As shown in Figure 1 the submersible electric motor sealing system is mainly divided in two parts 1) motor (1) and 2) pump (2). The motor (1) part consists with spacer for motor (3), O-ring (4), removable electrical partition assembly (5), capacitor (6), stator (7), end cover (8), spring retaining ring (9), leg (10), shaft (12) and gland for sealing cable (13). The removable electrical partition assembly (5) is consists of counter bush housing (14), spacer for motor (3), removable electrical partition (15), counter bush (16) and rotor (17), wherein the rotor (17) further comprises with rotor die cast (18), washer (19) and rotor stack (20). The stator (7) is further consisting with stator stack (21) and winding wire (22). The pump(2) consists with rubber bush (23), stage casing (24), stage casing plate (25), suction casing (26), suction plate (27), impeller (28), leg(29), front cover (30), pump body (31), bush (32), counter thrust washer (33), outlet nipple (34) and suction strainer (35).

The motor (1) is an electric squirrel cage induction/asynchronous motor contained in a substantially cylindrical box like pump body (31). The pump body (31) contains a stack of stator (21) winding (22), in which a removable electrical partition (15) is inserted and inside that rotor stack (20). The stack of stator (21) is constituted by enameled stator windings. In case of single phase, two separate stator winding are used, wherein one of which is connected to power supply and the other one is connected to a capacitor (6). In case of three phase three separate winding are connected to power supply.
The electrical partition (15) is a thin wall shell either formed from stainless steel sheet as integrated homogeneous component or fabricated from formed cap welded to a flange of same or different material. As shown in Figure 3.
As the partition (15) is removable, it is very easy to dismantle the motor, rewind the stator in case of failure and re-wind that again. This electrical partition (15) is to protect enameled stator winding (22) from short circuit due to water contact inside motor bearing housing (14 & 26) and surrounding rotor (20). Thus rotor (20) is in contact with water or lubricant and stator winding (22) and sometimes capacitor (6) remains in dry atmosphere cooled by either dry air or non-toxic gas. In practice the coupling system (36) is provided with couple studs for fixing pump (8), which is not shown in Figure 4, but is in any case of per se known type,

and the head portion (36) of the rotor(20) protrudes from it as shown in lMg.5. The head portion (36) couples to the pump shaft. Sometimes shaft is extended to mount pump parts like impellers directly of that as shown in Fig.l. In practice it has been found that the invention has achieved the intended aim and objects. In particular, it is evident that the particular shape of the electrical partition (15) as shown in Figure 3, allows enamel coated copper wounded stator with rewind able system, thus achieving efficiency, reliability and economy without contaminating the water and requirements of sealing system (37) are diluted resulting in an advantageous position.
Brief Summary of the Invention:
