Submersible Pump Assembly
Abstract: A submersible pimp assembly comprising a motor shaft (4) provided with a tapered diameter spline (7) at the end thereof narrowing towards the outer end thereof and a pump shaft (5) provided with a tapered diameter groove (9) at the end thereof diverging towards the outer end thereof. The tapered diameter spline is adapted to be tight fitted in the tapered diameter groove in close contact therewith and provided with interlocking means (8, 10) to interlock the motor shaft end to the pump shaft end.
