1. TITLE OF THE INVENTION: Formulation of sulphate-free hair shampoo with
combination of various ingredients for hair fall prevention.
2. FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
A Sulphate-free hair shampoo prepared by using a combination of Lepidium sativum [Aliv
Seed Oil), Nigella sativa Black Seed Oil], Organic Pea Sprout Extract [AnaGain), Larix
Europaea Wood Extract & Camelia Sinensis Leaf Exctract [Redensyl] & Wheat Amino, Soy
Amino Acids, Arginine HCL, Serine, Threonine [Fision Kera Veg-18] for hair-fall
prevention.
3. PRIOR ART(s):
The following prior art(s) are available, the claims and objectives of which are entirely
different from that of the Inventor:
A. Sulfate-free shampoo (CA2143558A1)
The invention relates to a shampoo composition free from sulfated or sulfonated
detergents. The composition comprises: from about 3% to about 11% alkylamido
betaine; from about 3% to about 10% alkanolamide; and from about 5% to about
60% sarcosinate. Shampoo compositions with the above formulation are mild, pH
balanced and exhibit good foaming and cleansing properties. These compositions
are useful for liquid hand soaps, shower and bath gels, and the like. However, the
present invention of the Applicant is entirely different because the formula used
by the Applicant in his invention is entirely based on Aliv seed cxtract, Organic
pea sprout extract & Fision Kera Veg-1, which helps hair cleanser to stimulate hair
growth naturally.
B. Sulfate-Free Personal Care Compositions and Methods (US20160067172A1)
This prior art is a personal care composition which includes a surtactant; and a
polymer comprising a hydrophobically modified polyurethane, a hydrophobically
modified polyether polyol, or a combination thereof; wherein the personal care

composition has a viscosity ranging from about 8,000 cP to about 40,000 cP; and
wherein the personal care composition is frec of sulfates. Nevertheless, the
Applicant's current invention is fundamentally distinct since the formula utilised in
his invention is totally based on Aliv seed extract, Organic pea sprout cxtract, and
Fision Kera Veg-1, which aids hair cleanser to organically stimulate hair
development.
C. Hair shampoo with improved care performance containing silicones
(DE102015204987A1)
The present invention relates to a method for making Hair preparations containing
a conditioning care component comprising dimethicone or dimethiconol and a
mixture of MIPA-Laureth Sulfate, Laureth-4 and Propylene Glycol. While, on the
other hand, the present invention of the Applicant is entirely different because the
formula used by the Applicant in his invention is entirely based on Aliv seed
extract, Organic pea sprout extract & Fision Kera Veg-1, which helps hair cleanser
to stimulate hair growth naturally.
4. OBJECT OF INVENTION:
The present invention of the Applicant is based on the formulation of hair growth & hair fall
prevention shampoo with the combination of actives such as 'Aliv seed extract, which is an
excellent source of protein & "Organic pea sprout extract, which acts as rich sources of protein &
rebalancing the life cycle ofphytonutrients. This invention helps in stimulation of Hair growth
hair and helps reduce hair fall. The formulation used by the Applicant also contains 'Fision
KeraVeg-18', which is a combination of Wheat Amino Acids, Soy Amino Acids, Arginine HC,
Serine (and) Threonine for the recovery of damaged hair. It is a vegetable-based alternative to
animal keratin. Fision KeraVeg-18 is a cohesive solution containing wheat & soy amino acids, with
additional pure amino acids carefully selected to mimic the functional ratios in commercial human
hair amino acids. The base of the cleanser is a combination of naturally detived
surfactants PlantaCare-2000' (Decyl glucoside), a non-ionic surfactant & Pureact WS Conc
(Sodium methyl cocoyl taurate), an anionic surfactant, that are helpful in cleansing the scalp. The
combination of actives used for hair growth shampoo is an excellent source of protein thereby
increasing blood supply, promotion & stimulation of hair growth &reducing hair fall without any

after effects. Application of this cleanser not only moisturizes & nourishes the hair, but also gives
shine& gloss to the hair. This formulation of cleanser is extremely safc for use, casy to apply with
no nasty chemicals.
5. STATEMENT & SUMMARY OF INVENTION:
The present invention of the Applicant is a formulation of sulphate-free hair shampoo with
combination of various ingredients for hair fall prevention. Currently, the majority of
shampoos/hair cleaners on the market are sulfate-based, which is incredibly detrimental to both
hair and the human body. There isn't a single shampoo on the market that contains Aliv seed
extract, Organic pea sprout extract, or Fision Kera Veg-18, all of which are completely natural and
safe for the human body. These components and formulation not only aid in "hair growth," but
also aid in and promote hair quality.
The combination of components in hair development shampoo is a good source of protein,
improving blood flow, promoting and stimulating hair growth, and minimising hair fall without
any side effects. This cleanser not only hydrates and nourishes the hair, but it also adds shine and
gloss to the hair. This cleanser composition is incredibly safe to use, easy to apply, and contains
no harmful ingredients
Description: The present invention of the Applicant is a formulation of sulphate-free hair shampoo with combination of various ingredients for hair fall prevention. Hair, a filament which grows in hair follicles, is the most important part of the human body for one’s personal appearance. Hair needs care, nutrition, nourishment & which is why it is important to improve the quality of hair. The quality of hair thus, can be improved by applying hair oil which gives nourishment to the hair & scalp, increases blood flow near the follicle & rebalances the life cycle of hair. The present invention of the Applicant is based on the formulation of “Hair growth promotion & hair fall prevention oil” where, the active oils used in the present work are Aliv Seed oil (Lepidium sativum, family Brassicaceae) are an excellent source of protein & iron, Black seed oil (Nigella sativa, family Ranunculaceae) rich in fatty acids & antioxidants. Redensyl, an active ingredient, which reactivates the hair growth & helps in decreasing hair loss is also used in this formulation. It vitalizes outer root sheath stem cells, hence triggering a new hair cycle & nourishes the hair follicles. The present invention of the Applicant enhances the sensory properties & penetration of oil into the hair fiber. It helps in reactivating hair follicle stem cells for astonishing hair growth. A powerful combination blend of 7 Oils which includes- Sweet Almond Oil (Prunus Amygdalus, family Rosaceae), Amla Oil (Emblica officinalis, family Euphorbiaceae) Neem Oil (Azadirachta Indica, family Meliaceae), Bhringraj Oil (Eclipta Alba, family Asteraceae), Argan Oil (Argania Spinosa, family Sapotaceae), Fenugreek Oil (Trigonella Foenum-Graecum, family Fabaceae) & Rosemary Essential Oil (Rosmarinus Officinalis, family Lamiaceae) also are also used in this present work. These oils contain many essential active components that are responsible for nourishing the hair, helpful in preventing hair damage & breakage, helpful in reducing hair fall, and helpful in promoting hair growth. Natural vitamin E is also added in the formulation since it supports healthy scalp & is a natural antioxidant. The base of the oil comprises Coconut Oil, which is expressed from the dried solid part of the endosperm of coconuts, (Cocos Nucifera, family Arecaceae). The base also contains Olive oil, rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, is a liquid fat extracted from the olive fruit (Olea Europaea family Oleaceae) & Sesame oil from the seeds of (Sesamum Indicum Linn., family Pedaliaceae). This base is 100% natural & pure, rich in fatty acids, like caprylic, capric, lauric, myristic, palmitic, stearic, oleic, linoleic acids, along with omega-3,6,9 fatty acids, antioxidants & phytosterols. The formulation works miraculously which primarily stops hair fall, nourishes & moisturizes scalp, improves the quality of hair. The application of oil is simple, effective & does not cause any harm since all the ingredients are natural & extremely safe. It can be used before or after shampooing since it possesses best conditioning properties. The oil can be applied by simply massaging with fingertips, onto the scalp. Free from nasties, an oil which also adds shine to hair & makes them smoother, softer & frizz free. , Claims: 1) I claim, a formulation for a sulphate-free hair cleanser/shampoo; the composition comprising Lepidium sativum [Aliv Seed Oil], Nigella sativa [Black Seed Oil], Organic Pea Sprout Extract [AnaGain], Larix Europaea Wood Extract & Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract [Redensyl] & Wheat Amino, Soy Amino Acids, Arginine HCL, Serine, Threonine [Fision Kera Veg-18] for hair fall prevention.
2) A formulation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base of the cleanser is a combination of naturally derived surfactants ‘PlantaCare-2000’ (Decyl glucoside), a non-ionic surfactant & ‘Pureact WS Conc’ (Sodium methyl cocoyl taurate).
3) A formulation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base also comprises Cocamide Monoethanolamine, a non-ionic surfactant & ‘Cocamidopropyl Betaine’, an amphoteric surfactant, which are helpful in cleansing the scalp. Ethylene Glycol Monostearate & PEG- 150 Distearate, are also used in the present work as pearlizing agent & rheology modifier, respectively.
4) A formulation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the active oils used in the present work are Aliv Seed oil (Lepidium sativum, family Brassicaceae) are an excellent source of protein & iron, Black seed oil (Nigella sativa, family Ranunculaceae) rich in fatty acids & antioxidants.
