[001] The embodiments herein generally relate to a sunvisor in a vehicle, and more particularly to a sunvisor inner frame for the vehicle. Further, embodiments herein relate to the sun visorinner frame with a sliding on rod housing mounted thereon.
BACKGROUND
[002] Sun visor is used to provide shade toeyes of an occupant in a vehicle and to restrict the glare from sunlight. The sun visor is fitted to a roof panel and above a windshield of the vehicle. The sun visor mainly comprises a sun visor panel, a sun visor inner frame housed inside the sun visor panel, a shaft which mounts one end of the sun visor to the roof panel and an arm mounting bracket which mounts another end of the sun visor to the roof panel. The sun visor inner frame of the sun visor is generally the main support structure of the sun visor, providing the rigidity needed to prevent bending or undesirable flexing of the sun visor during use. Because of these structural requirements, the making of the sun visor inner frame of a conventional sun visor is complex. Further, making of sun visor inner frame involves more child parts in production and the process is tedious. Making of light weight sun visor inner frame with optimized structural design and better strength is difficult and is one of the challenges posed to the original equipment manufacturers (OEM'S).
[003] Therefore, there exists a need for a sun visor inner frame for a vehicle, which obviates the aforementioned drawbacks. Further, there exists a need for a sun visor inner frame with a sliding on rod housing mounted thereon in a vehicle, which obviates the aforementioned drawbacks.
OBJECTS
[004] The principal object of embodiments herein is to provide a sun visor inner frame for a vehicle, which has optimized structural design and better strength.

[005] Another object of embodiments herein is to provide a sun visor inner frame for a vehicle, which provides better strength to a mirror frame fitted to the sun visor inner frame.
[006] Another object of embodiments herein is to provide a sun visor inner frame with a sliding on rod housing mounted thereon in a vehicle.
[007] Another object of embodiments herein is to provide a sun visor inner frame for a vehicle, which meets head impact regulation.
[008] These and other objects of the embodiments herein will be better appreciated and understood when considered in conjunction with the following description and the accompanying drawings. It should be understood, however, that the following descriptions, while indicating embodiments and numerous specific details thereof, are given by way of illustration and not of limitation. Many changes and modifications may be made within the scope of the embodiments herein without departing from the spirit thereof, and the embodiments herein include all such modifications.
