Super Absorbent Polymer, And Preparation Method Thereof

Abstract: The present invention relates to a super absorbent polymer and a preparation method thereof, and more specifically, to: a super absorbent polymer exhibiting an improved absorption rate and high surface tension due to the inclusion of a large number of micropores, that is, an average of at least 7 micropores per particle, the micropores having an average diameter of at most 100 µm and a maximum diameter of at most 300 µm; and a method for preparing the super absorbent polymer.
