Abstract: The invention describes a molecular dispersion or true solution of lipophilic bioactives in oil matrix in high concentration such as 20% which is made possible through application of supercritical fluid carbon dioxide. The invention further provides for method by which the molecular dispersion is stabilized, such that upon ingestion, the molecular dispersion instantly forms a Nano-emulsion in stomach without allowing crystallization of lipophilic bioactive.
