Surface Water Pump.

Abstract: Inventing surface water pump has the solution of low sucking power of the old (prior) surface water pump having single or two centrifugal impellers. The prior water pump does not lift the water from more than 10 meter depth the earth. I have used multiple screw impellers with centrifugal impellers in the inventing surface water pump to increase its lifting (suction) limit more than 10 meters and have an option to use multiple screw impellers with centrifugal impellers we require more pressure (suction limit) we can introduce more no of screw impellers in the system. And can be increased the sucking (lifting) power of the system.

COMPLETE SPECIFICATION
Patent Application No. 2005/DEL/2010 , Dated 25.08.2010, 14.01.44 Multiple impellers technology in surface water pump.
Field of the invention :
The present invention relates to methods of improving the suction head and discharge capacity of tube well surface water pump. More particularly specific bore well surface water pumps that have an impeller centrifugal Principle. I introduce multiple screw impellers with an centrifugal impeller which bring about an increase in efficiency. Surface water pump is used to draw water from the earth. Water use in many kinds of work like irrigation agrifield house hold work. Construction building etc. Cooling & use in industries, Factory Company etc. Means we have to water for many purposes for this we draw water from the earth the old system (Fan) to draw water from the earth on surface level is not applicable in many regions in India due to water level gone to more depth the earth.

Background of the invention: Description of the previous art:
Pumps are of various types based on the design and are further classified according to their functionality. The invention relates to pumps which by design are called centrifugal pumps. Centrifugal pumps have been used for pumping well water (open well/bore well) for many years and there is an ever-increasing need to increase the efficiency of the pumps to pump water from greater depth. Deep-well pumps are basically centrifugal pumps and for that reason all roto dynamic pumps have got a problem of limited suction i.e. the depth from which water can be lifted this put a restriction on usage of these types of pumps for lifting (suction) water from depth greater than 6 to8 meters.the theoretical suction limit of rotodynamic pumps at sea level and 30° celsius temperature is 10.33 meters but due to the fiction losses, vapour pressure etc. the highest permissible suction limit is 8.40 meters with an optimum value of 6.6 m.
If water is to be lifted either from open well or tube wells (also called bore wells) of depth more than 6.6 m the pumps should be installed very close to the water level means a tube well in the well this is again a

difficult in operation in the well. Making costly bore well and presence
of hozarius gases in the well that cause up to death of operating
people.
Object of invention
The present invention provides a surface level operating system to lift
the water from more depth the earth. Such a type of system was not
prior made the system makes available water easy in affluent quantity
use in agrifield and other fields.
Summary of invention
Prior art available in the market in this concern was not provide such a
facility which gives us water an surface with operating on surface with
many source of power like engines , tractor , electric motor, this system
can be run by these different source of power directly.
Detailed description of the invention
Generally in all water pumps & liquid flow pump impellers are used
based on centrifugal principle. In this principle the liquid (Matter)
revolving around the axis exert a force towards the circumference of the
imaginary circle of the rounding the axis. Example can be milk fat
machines, old surface water pump, submersible pump. Clothes washing

squenching & many other examples. In all their impellers are made and used centrifugal. In this impeller liquid -inter the impeller near its axis and moving some distance spirically & outs from the impeller at some more distance from the axis. When we revolve impeller on high RPM the water inter in inlet the impeller and outs from outlet with high speed. This system is useful an light water pressure and uptill it was success in India now water level went more down & this system is not success. Because it has a limit of pressure by this we can not create more & more water pressure to lift (suck) water from more depth the earth.
In the inventing surface water pump, I have used multiple special designed impellers with centrifugal impeller. Special designed impellers are based on screw principle these screw impellers reveling round the axis give motion to liquid toward the centrifugal impeller. The screw impeller propel the water in a cylindrical body having centrifugal impeller. In this system we can produce more & more pressure as we require, we increase RPM the system screw impellers propel the liquid & centrifugal impeller out the liquid with high speed. There is no limit of RPM. As we increase RPM the pressure of the liquid goes on

increases. But in the old system of centrifugal pump the pressure goes down on increasing RPM after a limit. Old system works on 1000 RPM to 1500 RPM.
In the inventing surface water pump, screw impellers are made such a type as its blades nob to circumference have an angle 30° or less up to 20° to its nob. These blades start from one place & end on another place jumping Sixth number of blades.
These number of blades on each other at distance 20 mm make a tunnel shape around the axis between nob to circumference. This can be seen in the figure No. G.F.E. on running the screw impellers, propel liquid one side to other side. And this can not let back the liquid. This propel ahead not back. And between two screw impellers, I use a plan circle with its four spokes. This circle check the liquid revolving on the axis. But let the liquid go ahead flow. The multiple uses of screw impeller before the centrifugal impeller give very much suction power to the system.

Drawing description
Surface water pump is made of iron, steel and cost Iron to avoid on it rust from its contact of water. In this we take a Iron frame (A) on this whole system is placed. And (B) is a pipe of 675 mm length, inner dia is 210 mm. (c) is a saft of 38 mm dia & 1100 mm length having chabbi slot to fix impellers on it.( D) Centrifugal impeller of 208 mm outerdia & 215 mm hight and 16 tunnels spirically . E.F. & G are the screw impellers of 16 blads tunnels each and outer dia 208 mm, high 100 mm with centre nob of 38 mm to fix on the saft. (H) a special impeller is designed outer dia 208 mm,hight 215 mm & centre nob 38 mm with chabbi slot to fix on the saft. (I) & (J) are inlet &outlet the water froms the system. (K) is a belt pully for require adjusting RPM (L) is a bracket bearing. (M) & (S) are the bearing hubs in this bearing and seals are placed to balance and revolving the saft. (N) a air tanky to draw out air sometime place in the system. (0) & (P) are stands to hold pipe on the base channer frame (Q) is fixed circle of four rods with pipe but in this saft easily can move. (R) & (R\) are two iron plates having bearing hubs and fix with pipe to close pipe both the sides with help of nuts bolts. (T) is stand for bracket hold with base channer frame.

Brief Description
The inventing surface water pump, I prepared according to described and drawing with its all parts. After pouring water in system we give it 1500 RPM or more RPM. (H) special designed impeller suck the liquid inside the system from tube well, bore well. G.F.E. screw impeller propel this water towards the (D) Centrifugal impeller and D impeller outs the water from the system. The (H) impeller we use some time when we need to operate the system for very high depth the earth water to lift. The system can be run with screw impellers G.F. E and with centrifugal impeller D. The function of screw impellers G.F.E. and H special design impeller is to provide more water (Liquid) to the impeller D to out the water from the system, and the system give very high suction power the water above the 1500 RPM.

Claims:
1. In prior art of surface water pump centrifugal impellers are used. But I have used multiple screw impellers with the centrifugal impellers in the system to increase its lifting capacity .
2. The Screw impellers based an screw principle In this screw impellers while run they provide water to centrifugal impeller. On running screw impeller do not let back the water at any pressure. Thus the lifting (suction) capacity of the system is very high by which system can lift the liquid from more depth the earth, on surface level operating.
3, According to requirement of depth the water in the earth we need to use multiple screws impellers with centrifugal impeller. Means for 6.00 M depth the water we use one screw impeller with one centrifugal impeller. For 10 m water depth two screw impellers with centrifugal impeller. For 15 M depth water three screw impellers with centrifugal impeller.
4. Thus by using multiple screw impellers with centrifugal impeller we can make the system of different lifting (suction) capacity. But the technology will be same in all system i.e. multiple use of screw impellers with centrifugal impeller. In other word we can say that the system of big size & small size or system of high capacity and low capacity according requirement.
