Sustained Release Injectable Pharmaceutical Formulation Of Levothyroxine And Process For Preparation Thereof
Abstract: The present invention relates to a stable sustained release injectable formulation based on poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) microparticles comprising Levothyroxine. It also relates to a process for the preparation of microparticles and use to control hypothyroidism in adults, congenital hypothyroidism in infants and acquired hypothyroidism in children.
