Symmetry Merriment Apparatus And Method Of Operation Thereof

Abstract: The present invention discloses a symmetry merriment apparatus having a design board with an incomplete image on which a stencil is aligned. The stencil is adopted to have a grid that is capable of receiving a number of symmetrical components. The symmetrical components are fixed in the placed location by the grid and guides the users so as to complete the image of the design board.

Specification

FIELD OF INVENTION
[001] The present invention relates to a merriment apparatus. In particular, the present invention relates to symmetrical merriment apparatus that is capable of aligning symmetrical components guiding users to complete.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[002] Merriment apparatuses have been prevalent in the market since decades. Such apparatuses involve mental, strategical, or logical abilities, depending on their operational method. These may be for children as well as for adults, based on the level of the intellectual ability to be applied or applicable strategies. These can be classified broadly as either educational or entertainment ones. There are many known types of educational merriment apparatuses, one of which is the standalone educational merriment apparatuses, comprising a printed matter placed on top of a hardware. The main disadvantage of this type of educational apparatuses is that they are not suitable and/or convenient for younger children. Another disadvantage of this type of educational apparatuses is that they are expensive.
OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION
[003] Primary obj ect of the present invention is to provide a standalone merriment apparatus that is suitable to be operated by young children and that is cost effective.
[004] Another object of the present invention is that engages the visual faculty of the users in a simple and assisted manner.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[005] A symmetry merriment apparatus that has a number of design boards having incomplete images. A stencil is aligned on the incomplete design board. The stencil is adopted in a manner of a grid so as to receive and distribute the symmetrical components within a grid sections. The symmetrical components are placed by the user in the grid and maintained in the grid location until the user attempts to complete the design board image.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[006] The following description describes various features and functions of the disclosed system. The illustrative aspects described herein are not meant to be limiting. It may be readily understood that certain aspects of the disclosed system can be arranged and combined in a wide variety of different configurations, all of which may not have been contemplated herein.
[007] These and other features, including the advantages of the present invention may be incorporated into certain embodiments of the invention which will become fully apparent from the following description, and more apparent from the description to be followed in the complete specification.
[008] Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. In addition, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted for clarity and conciseness.
[009] It is to be understood that the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" include plural reference, unless the context clearly dictates otherwise.
[0010] It should be emphasized that the term "comprises/comprising" when used in this specification is taken to specify the presence of stated features, integers, steps or components, but does not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, integers, steps, components or groups thereof.
[0011] In order to provide basic understanding of some aspects of the invention, a simplified description of the invention is presented herein. It is not an extensive overview of this invention. Also, it is neither intended to identify the key/critical elements of the invention nor to define the scope of the invention.
[0012] The present invention discloses a merriment apparatus for teaching and assembling symmetrical components of an image based on the level user achieves.

[0013] The apparatus comprises, but is not limited to, a plurality of disorganized designed boards, a plurality of stencils and plurality of disorganized symmetrical components. A stencil of the plurality of boards is a frame in which disorganized symmetrical components are assembled to organize the design on boards symmetrically.
[0014] The method of operation of the said apparatus comprises of three levels. In level one, the user assembles one-fourth of the plurality of disorganized symmetrical components on a board wherein three-fourth of the design is already completed.
[0015] Further as the level proceeds to level two, the user is assigned a board wherein half of the design is already completed and only the remaining half has to be assembled with the plurality of disorganized symmetrical components.
[0016] The level further proceeds to the final stage where the user has to assemble three-fourth of the design with the plurality of disorganized symmetrical components on the assigned board wherein one-fourth of the design or pattern is already completed.
[0017] The said method is performed by a single user or at least two users at a single point of time.
[0018] The user primarily aims to assemble the symmetrical components on the board based on the achieved level until the design is symmetrical.
[0019] The present invention also discloses a method for operation of such standalone symmetry merriment apparatus.
[0020] While the present invention has been described with reference to one or more preferred aspect, which have been set forth in considerable details for the purpose of making a disclosure of the invention, such aspects are merely exemplary and are not intended to be limiting or represent an exhaustive enumeration of all aspects of the invention. The scope of the invention, therefore, shall be defined solely by the claims to be followed in the complete specification. Further, it will be apparent to those skills in the art that numerous changes may be made in such details without departing from the principles of the invention.

We claims
