Synergistic Antibiofilm Combination Of Phytochemicals And Implementations Thereof
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an anti-biofilm composition comprising the phytochemicals piperine and oleic acid. The present disclosure further discloses a process for preparing said composition for large scale production of piperine and oleic acid in the ratio range of 0.4:2.5- 0.8:1.25 in w/w concentration along with antiplaque agents antimalodors, sweeteners, flavouring agent and preservatives. The composition and the process as disclosed in the present disclosure is effective as anti biofilm in several clinical and manufacturing units.
