Abstract: The invention discloses the system and method for alert for construction equipment repairing by using internet of things (IoT) technology. The invention application is installed at backend server. At very initial stage, each and every equipment is attached with to IoT enabled sensor. When equipment not working properly, the sensor sense it and alert is sent to backend server from sensor. The construction team member with help of backend server send message to maintenance team about repairing of particular equipment.

Claims:We Claim:
1) The alert for construction equipment repairing by using Internet of Things (IoT) comprising of;
a. Backend server – storing data from sensors and invention application is installed;
b. Sensors – sense whether particular equipment is working properly or not and send data to backend server; and
c. Wi-Fi modem – maintain connectivity between backend server and sensors.
2) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, every construction equipment is attached with internet of things enabled sensor.
3) The system claimed in claim1 wherein, sensors sense whether equipment working properly or not.
4) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, sensor send alert to backend server.
5) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, construction team member send message to maintenance team to repair particular equipment.
, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for alert for construction equipment repairing by using Internet of Things (IoT). The present invention relates to generally repairing of equipment which are used in construction industry.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Equipment is the necessary items for a particular purpose.
Construction equipment refers to heavy-duty vehicles, specially designed for executing construction tasks, most frequently ones involving earthwork operations. They are also known as heavy machines, heavy trucks, construction equipment, engineering equipment, heavy vehicles, or heavy hydraulics.
Equipment become part of human life. Each and every sector influenced by equipment. It helps human being to do any work easily and with less time and less effort.
In construction sector also, equipment plays very important role. Repairing of construction equipment on time is necessary to avoid loss of excessive time. Currently, there is no such system which tells or alert construction team member about equipment failure. Construction team member check manually each and every equipment condition time to time.
The present invention solves the above problem with the help of Internet of Things (IoT) technology. With the help of internet of things enabled sensors construction team member can come to know which equipment need repairing immediately.
The phrase the Internet of Things (IoT) means any object or machine component can have sensors installed to monitor operating conditions, performance levels and/or physical states. In the construction industry, this commonly refers to telematics. The Internet of Things isn't just permeating the construction industry.
The Internet of Things (IoT) is a network of connected devices embedded with electronics, software, sensors, actuators, and so on which enable these objects to collect and exchange data.
The concept of IoT has many applications depending on the physical devices that are connected and one of the most remarkable applications of IoT in construction sector is alerting the construction team about repairing of construction equipment.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the invention is that, the system and method for alert for construction equipment repairing by using Internet of Things (IoT).
Another object of the invention is that, easy tracking of failure equipment.
Other object of the invention is that, repairing can be done on time without wasting a time.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for alert for construction equipment repairing by using Internet of Things (IoT). The alert for construction equipment repairing application is installed at backend server. At very initial stage all equipment used for construction site are attached with the Internet of things (IoT) enabled sensors. So, whenever equipment fails or stop working, sensor attached to it sends alert message to backend server. The construction team member send message to maintenance team for repairing of equipment. So, maintenance team can take immediate action of repairing of particular equipment.

Fig 1 shows flowchart of the method and computer program for this invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for alert for construction equipment repairing by using Internet of Things (IoT).
Internet of Things (IoT) has many applications depending on the physical devices that are connected and one of the most remarkable applications of IoT in construction is alert for construction equipment repairing.
The method and system for alert for construction equipment repairing by using Internet of Things (IoT) is comprising of:
Backend server – storing data from smart sensors and invention application is installed
Sensors – sense whether particular equipment is working properly or not and send data to backend server
Wi-Fi Modem – maintain connectivity between server and sensors
The each and every construction equipment has attached with internet of things enabled sensor. This sensor checks whether equipment is working properly or not. Then sensor sends data to backend server to alert for repairing of particular construction equipment.
The alert for construction equipment repairing by using Internet of Things (IoT) is comprising of following steps;
Step 1) The alert for construction equipment repairing application is installed at backend server
Step 2) Every construction equipment is attached with internet of things (IoT) enabled sensor with unique id
Step 3) Wi-Fi modem is installed for connectivity between backend server and sensors
Step 4) When the equipment is not working properly, it sends alert message to backend server which is handled by construction team member
Step 5) Construction team member send message to maintenance team that the particular equipment needs repairing immediately
This is the basic model of alert for construction equipment repairing. And scope of invention is not limited to this only.
The alert for construction equipment repairing by using Internet of Things (IoT) has some advantages such as:
Easy tracking of condition of equipment – As sensor attached to the each and every equipment, can be track equipment condition easily.
Repairing of equipment on time – When any equipment not working properly, then it sends alert to server about repairing. So, repairing would be done on time.
Prevent accidents -As invention send alert to server and server send message to maintenance team, equipment is repaired on time, which prevent accident caused by equipment.
Prevent loss in time – As invention send alert to server for repairing an equipment, construction team member send message to maintenance team to repair an equipment. Due to which waiting time is saved.
It’s no longer necessary to send worker to check out everything. The invention solves the all problems related to alert for construction equipment repairing.
Take an example of this invention, suppose rope excavators is attached with internet of things enabled sensor. When rope excavators have some problem happened due to which rope excavators not working properly. Then sensor sense it, then sensor send alert message to backend server. Construction team member who is operating backend server received this alert. The construction team member send message to the maintenance team member about it, informing him that the rope excavators must be repaired immediately to avoid time loss.
