An airplane is the combination of two or more simple and small machine which work combinedly to make an airplane with smooth run. To run operation of an airplane smoothly all included small machine parts should worked properly. Planned maintenance is the preventive method to run an airplane properly without any problem. The predictive maintenance is next step of planned maintenance in which the system sends alert message for airplane maintenance with the help of internet of things technology. The maintenance team inspect all parts of machine and do repairing or replacement if needed. Here augmented reality plays important role. The present invention discloses the method for sending alert message to the maintenance team of an airplane to inform the maintenance team that particular airplane need maintenance as early as possible to avoid any breakdown. The present invention implemented as a combination of both hardware and software.
It keeps track every small or sub machine of an airplane machine regularly which results in knowing every minute change in machine and if there is any future problem can arise it would be solving the problem before it raises.
It is very user friendly and money saving. With only one-time investment it provides facility for many years.
The present invention can be better understood with the help of examples.
Example 1:
According to the present invention, one of the is airplane engine fan has little less revolution per minute speed. The sensor attached to it send data to the cloud server. Cloud server analyses this data and send it to the application. Application check current value with standard value, if both are different then it predicate that particular airplane engine fan may have problem in future and send alert message to maintenance team to check this particular fan to avoid any breakdown.
It should be kept in mind that the described embodiment(s) is only presented by way of example and should not be construed as limiting the inventive concept to any particular hardware and software configuration.
