, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for boosting overall performance of bank employee by using big data technology. The invention is related to banking sector, which are now well developed due to upcoming technologies. Big data is one of the best technologies which can be effectively used for boosting overall performance of bank employee.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Employee performance is defined as how an employee fulfils their job duties and executes their required tasks. It refers to the effectiveness, quality, and efficiency of their output. Performance also contributes to our assessment of how valuable an employee is to the organization.
Performance appraisal is the process of assessing the performance and progress of an employee or of a group of employees on a given job and his/her potential for future development. It is an objective study. Its main purpose is to secure necessary information for making objective and correct decisions on employees.
Trust and coordination are the main variables which play a significant role in the employee’s performance. It means that private sectors banks management should produce the environment of trust and coordination for the employees.
The present invention gives the help or method for boosting overall performance of bank employee in banking.
The present invention discloses the system and method for boosting overall performance of bank employee by using big data technology. The main object of the invention is, system and method for boosting overall performance of bank employee by using big data technology.
Another object of the invention is, big data analytics analyses employee performance can be assessed whether or not they have achieved the monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
Another object of the invention is, based on the figures derived from current sales of employees, big data analytics can determine ways to help them scale better.
Other object of the invention is, big data solutions in banking allow bank to collect, make sense of and share branch (as well as individual employee) performance metrics across departments in real time.

Big data is the vast volume of structured or unstructured data that is readily available at our collective fingertips. These large data sets are analysed to reveal previously unknown patterns and provide insights into businesses, human behaviour, and more. Big data analysis is used for everything from financial services, to gauging someone’s productivity, to even monitoring the weather.
The key feature of big data is to analyse, understand and interpret it in order to give user a full picture as possible about boosting overall performance of bank employee.

Data Staging – cleaning, transform and normalization
Data processing – Batch and real time

Step 3) Big data analytics analyses employee performance can be assessed whether or not they have achieved the monthly/quarterly/yearly targets
Step 4) Banking team member make a plan for boosting overall performance of bank employee based on the figures derived from current sales of employees with the help of big data
