Abstract: The invention discloses the system and method for construction equipment servicing by using internet of things (IoT) technology. The invention application is installed at backend server. At very initial stage, each and every equipment is attached with to IoT enabled sensor. When equipment needs servicing, the sensor sense it and alert is sent to backend server from sensor. The construction team member with help of backend server send message to servicing team about servicing of particular equipment.

a. Backend server – storing data from sensors;
b. Sensors – sense whether particular equipment needed servicing immediately or schedule time of servicing is coming and send data to backend server; and
c. Wi-Fi modem – maintain connectivity between backend server and sensors.

, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for construction equipment servicing by using Internet of Things (IoT). The present invention relates to generally servicing of equipment which are used in construction industry.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Machine and equipment become part of human life. Each and every sector affected by machine and equipment. It helps human being to do any work easily and with less time and less effort.
In construction sector also, machine and equipment play very much important role. Every machine and equipment need servicing time to time to avoid breakdown or accident. Currently, the servicing period is decided manually. With the help of paperwork, servicing time is decided and carried out. But if any equipment used heavily then its servicing should be done before timely schedule to avoid any breakdown or accident. Currently there is no such system which tell construction team member about servicing time.
The present invention solves the above problem with the help of Internet of Things (IoT) technology. With the help of internet of things enabled sensors construction team member can come to know which equipment need servicing in immediate time period.
The phrase the Internet of Things (IoT) means any object or machine component can have sensors installed to monitor operating conditions, performance levels and/or physical states. In the construction industry, this commonly refers to telematics. The Internet of Things isn't just permeating the construction industry.
The Internet of Things (IoT) is a network of connected devices embedded with electronics, software, sensors, actuators, and so on which enable these objects to collect and exchange data.
The concept of IoT has many applications depending on the physical devices that are connected and one of the most remarkable applications of IoT in construction sector is servicing of construction equipment.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the invention is that, the system and method for construction equipment servicing by using Internet of Things (IoT).
Another object of the invention is that, easy tracking of status and condition of equipment.
Another object of the invention is that, prevent equipment breakdown due to servicing on time.
Other object of the invention is that, prevent accident cause by equipment breakdown.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for construction equipment servicing by using Internet of Things (IoT). The construction equipment servicing application is installed at backend server. At very initial stage all equipment used for construction site are attached with the Internet of things (IoT) enabled sensors. So, whenever equipment needs servicing or it has servicing schedule time then it sends alert message to backend server. The construction team member send message to servicing team for servicing of equipment. So, servicing team can take immediate action of servicing for particular equipment.

Fig 1 shows flowchart of the method and computer program for this invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for construction equipment servicing by using Internet of Things (IoT).
Internet of Things (IoT) has many applications depending on the physical devices that are connected and one of the most remarkable applications of IoT in construction is equipment servicing.
The method and system for construction equipment servicing by using Internet of Things (IoT) is comprising of:
Backend server – storing data from smart sensors
Sensors – sense whether particular equipment needed servicing immediately or schedule time of servicing is coming and send data to backend server
Wi-Fi Modem – maintain connectivity between server and sensors
The each and every construction equipment has attached with internet of things enabled sensor. This sensor checks whether equipment need servicing right now or schedule servicing is coming in immediate future. Then sensor sends data to backend server to alert for servicing for particular equipment.
The construction equipment servicing by using Internet of Things (IoT) is comprising of following steps;
Step 1) The construction equipment servicing application is installed at backend server
Step 2) Every construction equipment is attached with internet of things (IoT) enabled sensor with unique id
Step 3) Wi-Fi modem is installed for connectivity between backend server and sensors
Step 4) When the equipment needed servicing or schedule servicing is coming in immediate future, it sends alert message to backend server which is handled by construction team member
Step 5) Construction team member send alert to servicing team that the particular equipment needs servicing immediately
This is the basic model of construction equipment servicing. And scope of invention is not limited to this only.
The construction equipment servicing by using Internet of Things (IoT) has some advantages such as:
Easy tracking of condition of equipment – As sensor attached to the each and every equipment, tracking of equipment condition can be done easily.
Servicing of equipment on time – When any equipment need servicing or schedule servicing time is in future is immediate, then it sends alert to server about servicing. So, servicing would be done on time.
Prevent accidents -As invention send alert to server and server send message to servicing team, equipment is serviced on time, which prevent accident caused by equipment.
Prevent equipment from breakdown – As construction supervisor get message of servicing of particular equipment, it keeps eye on how every equipment is serviced on time which prevent equipment from breakdown.
It’s no longer necessary to send worker to check out everything. The invention solves the all problems related to construction equipment servicing.
Take an example of this invention, suppose floor cleaner equipment is attached with internet of things enabled sensor. When equipment has schedule time for servicing. Then sensor sense it schedule time of servicing is coming immediately in near future, then sensor send alert message to backend server. Construction team member who is operating backend server received this alert. The construction team member send message to the servicing team member about it, informing him that the floor cleaner equipment must be service immediately to avoid any breakdown.
