Claims:WE CLAIM:
1. An online system for creating personal business web cards, comprising:
a. an electronic device for communication;
b. user interface for connectivity;
c. a host website; and
d. templates
wherein the user interface is internet or LAN OR WAN network and the communication device is a computer, a laptop or a tablet which communicates through internet server; the templates are set for the layout, type of content, products and services offered within the host website.
2. A method for creation of personal business web cards comprising:
a. user registration on the internal database of the website;
b. creation of a personal profile in the internal database of the website after registration;
c. creation of company profile through for user contact for creating business relations;
d. web-card creation through the website; and
e. distribution of the web cards among the customers/businessman/employees of other companies.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2 wherein, two types of cards can be created, which can include personal electronic cards and professional electronic cards.
4. The method as claimed in claim 2 wherein, the electronic card can be customized by editing and formatting by one or more steps of selecting background, formatting text, uploading a logo image, and editing styles, shapes, and information of the virtual electronic card.

The present invention relates to building strong business networking. The present invention more particularly relates to an online system and method for creating a personal business web cards which can be used to identify a user, company, or other entity at a location.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
Business cards are the cards which include business information of a company or individual and they are used for building strong business network between individuals and companies. So it is very important for a businessman to store, manage and to modify the business cards from time to time. Business cards are shared during formal introductory meetings as a token of memory aid and convenience to others. A business card typically includes the giver's name, company or business affiliation (usually with a logo) and contact information such as street addresses, telephone number, fax number, e-mail addresses and website. Social media addresses such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter are also present on the business cards.
Storage, Management and modification of business cards are needed from time to time and it is cumbersome and costly. If the businessman wants to expand the business globally, it is not possible to share business cards at distant geographical locations. The individuals and companies may want to update or customize the business cards for enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the business cards. For all companies/individuals, it is important to exchange business cards, gaining global exposure, and competing in the global market is a necessity in today's world.
Electronic card (e-card) is a special occasion, greeting or post card created and customized within a website and sent through the Internet to the recipient. Customizations may include a wide variety of backgrounds and text fonts including some as cursive writing, graphic images, cartoon-style animations (proprietary to Adobe), video and sometimes even music.
So there is a need for building strong online networking based on the exchange of virtual electronic cards. The present invention is an online system and method for creating a personal business web cards which can be used to identify a user, company, or other entity at a location.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:
The main object of the present invention is to provide an online system and method for creation of personal business web cards which is environment friendly.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide personalized, cost effective, solution to the traditional cards which will save time and money of the businessman/customer.
Other objects and benefits of the present invention will be more apparent from the following description, which is not intended to bind the scope of the present invention.

Accordingly, an online system and method for creating personal business web cards is disclosed. The present invention provides an online system and method for creation of personal business web cards which is environment friendly and which is personalized, cost effective, solution to the traditional cards which will save time and money of the businessman/customer. A system for automatic generation of business cards through host website comprising of; A communication device; user interface; and host website wherein the user interface is internet or LAN OR WAN network and the communication device is a computer, a laptop or a tablet which communicates through internet server.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention is an online system and method for creating personal business web cards. The present invention provides environment friendly, personalized, cost effective solution to the traditional cards which will save time and money of the businessman/customer.
The present invention is a system for creation of personal business web cards. Any person can register himself/herself on the internal database of the website and after registration; user can create a personal profile in the internal database of the website. The user can also create company profile through which he/she can contact to the other users/employees of other companies for creating business relations. User can contact to the employee of other company. If user does not want to create company profile, he/she can create only personal profile as per his/her wishes. Using this system, web-cards are created easily and can be distributed among their customers/businessman/employees of other companies. So there is no requirement of papers to perint cards.
By registering in the above website, cards can be easily exchanged in between multiple users/multiple companies. Automatic business cards are created by the website and these web cards can be personalized and customized. Different templates are available which can be selected and user information like company name, address, proprietor name has to be provided and with the help of this minimum information, card is created automatically and it can be customized as well as personalized.
Two types of cards are created by using the present invention personal electronic cards and professional electronic cards. The present invention establishes a personal contact network of the user in the online networking environment by exchanging personal electronic cards between the user and a plurality of users. Further, a company contact network of the company of the user is established when a company's employee exchanges company electronic cards with plurality of companies.
The user can exchange, delete, forward, message, invite or participate in online meetings by using personal or professional business cards. Various information related to the user such as online meetings, advice section, events, groups, jobs, and leads associated with the business in between users of the same company.
The electronic card can be customized by editing and formatting by one or more steps of selecting background, formatting text, uploading a logo image, and editing styles, shapes, and information of the virtual electronic card. The ratings given by different users about the products can be shown while doing business deal. The user exchanges the virtual electronic cards with the plurality of users and forms a global business network in the online networking environment.
A system for automatic generation of business cards through host website comprising of;
A communication device;
User interface; and
Host website wherein the user interface is internet or LAN OR WAN network and the communication device is a computer, a laptop or a tablet which communicates through internet server, wherein the registration information is having name of the website, contact information, products and services offered by them. The system creates requests for automatic generation of web-cards and is made by providing the registration information on host website. The templates are set for the layout, type of content, products and services offered within the host website.
The method for automatic generation of web cards through host website comprising the steps of;
Receiving registration information from user;
Checking the registration information;
Generating the web cards based on request from user;
Creating the templates based on information provided by the user; and
Paying the amount fixed by the host website; and
Approving the content for the web-cards.
The registration information of the user is having name of the website, contact information, products and services offered by them. System creates requests for automatic generation of web-cards and the templates are set for the webpages, layout, and type of content, products and services offered within the host website. The user has to renew the contract with the host website each year with a preset renewal amount for renewal. Registration information such as a company name, an address field, a telephone number field, company information, an industry code field, a contact person field, a fax number, an email address is filled by user at the time of registration on host website.
The exchange of the virtual electronic cards allows a user to form a global business network in the online networking environment. For example: consider a user, Adam belonging to a company XYZ in America, joins the online networking environment. Adam wants to create a business network to gain exposure and compete in the global economy. The exchange of traditional business cards with professionals in far off countries, for example, China and India may not be viable for Adam. The global business network may be formed by Adam by exchanging virtual electronic cards with other users of the online networking environment. Through online networking, a combination of a home webpage, a personal profile webpage, a business network webpage, a company profile webpage, a company testimonial webpage, a company organizational chart webpage, a company website, a leads webpage, a jobs webpage, events webpage, groups webpage, an advice webpage, and an online chat meeting webpage can be shared.
Information such as Skills and qualifications, a password, etc, on a user registration form is provided to the user. A registration verification code is generated and thus registration is carried out. The step of registration of the company by the user includes providing company information by the user including combination of a company name, a company address, a company slogan, company description, number of employees, company logo, industries the company buys from, industries the company sells to, year established, annual sales, products and services, etc., on a company registration form.
The exchanged company electronic card may be viewed by all the employees within the company. Further, any employee of the company registered with the online networking environment may perform actions like delete the company electronic card, set online meetings, and forward the company electronic card, invite users, and send messages in the online networking environment. The personal electronic card includes a list with options for the user to perform the steps of deleting, forwarding, messaging, chat meeting, and inviting.
If a first user deletes a personal electronic card of a second user from the personal contact network, the first user's personal electronic card will also be deleted from second user's personal contact network. Upon deletion of the personal electronic card of the user, an electronic mail message is sent to the other user. The option for forwarding allows the user to forward the personal electronic card of one or more of the users of the personal contact network to one or more users in the personal contact network and one or more companies in the company contact network.
The option for messaging allows the user to send messages to the plurality of users of the personal contact network. The messages on the online network are received in the user's inbox in the online networking environment. The option for meeting allows the user to invite one or more of the plurality of users to an online chat meeting at a specified time. Upon approval of the other user, all participating users view a chat window at the specified time. The option for inviting allows the user to invite plurality of users of the personal contact network to the plurality of online meetings, advice section, events, groups, jobs, and leads associated with the user. The leads section, jobs section, events section, groups section, advice section, company section, organizational chart, company network, personal network, online meeting, company profile, can be shared in the online networking environment. The leads section, jobs section, events section, groups section, advice section, company section, organizational chart, company network, personal network, online meeting, company profile, and personal profile of the user display at least one of the personal electronic cards and the company electronic cards. The user and the company are identified using the relevant personal electronic cards and company electronic cards.
The host website database can be browsed by selecting a category or looking at the homepage with the most popular cards which is frequently updated. User can start to personalize your card. A preview of the card can be seen on the right hand side. For customizing the card, user can change fonts, background and colors. User can also change images, photos, frames in order to make it more attractive.
