Abstract: The invention discloses the system and method for customer experience of construction site by using virtual reality technology. The application of customer experience of construction site is installed at backend server. VR enabled headset is connected with backend server. Virtual worksite is mapped with real space in proper scale. Customer wear VR headset and enter in the virtual worksite area. Customer can experience completed construction scene before it is actual done with the help of Virtual reality technology.

, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to the field of system and method for customer experience of construction site by using virtual reality technology.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In Construction sector, project planning is the specific process where construction managers use to lay out, how they will manage and execute a construction project, from designing the structure to ordering materials to deploying workers and subcontractors to complete various tasks.
It is so lengthy process, which includes subcontracts for completion of project.
Customer is the main factor in construction sector. Lack of transparency has been a common frustration for building owners and other stakeholders during the construction process. It used to be that they simply had to trust that the construction company was doing their job right, and hope that an occasional site visit would clear up any problems.
In past years, customer goes to construction site, saw the process in real. But it very difficult for construction team to make them believe that work is going on in right direction. Because, customer cannot get actual idea of construction site and its work.
Currently there is no such system, which makes customer make clear and satisfied about construction team’s work.
The present invention discloses the system and method for customer experience in construction using virtual reality technology. Instead of paper drawing and plans, customer can walk into a VR model of construction building and see for themselves what their project will look like when its complete.
It gives outline of future work to customer.
Virtual Reality (VR) is the use of computer technology to create a simulated environment. Unlike traditional user interfaces, VR places the user inside an experience. Instead of viewing a screen in front of them, users are immersed and able to interact with 3D worlds.
Virtual reality is a simulated experience that can be similar to or completely different from the real world. Applications of virtual reality can include entertainment and educational purposes. Other, distinct types of VR style technology include augmented reality and mixed reality.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the invention is, the system and method for customer experience in construction site using virtual reality technology.
Another object of the invention is, Virtual reality enabled devices are needed (such as VR headset).
Other object of the invention is, virtual workspace should be ready.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the customer experience in construction site by using virtual reality technology. The application of customer experience for construction site is installed at server. The application is designed in a such a way that for a map spaced is in a scale ratio with original space, means one feet of customer in real employ 10 or 15 feet in virtual reality. This scale is defined in application. Virtual reality enabled headset is connected to server with the help of wi-fi modem. Virtual reality enabled headset is connected with customer experience in construction site application of the server. Any customer/user wear the headset and enter in the room\space where actual area is mapped with virtual area. Virtual reality headset creates simulated environment of construction build up area. Customer/user feels that he/she is the one of the members of that virtual world. And can experience how the construction will look like after the work is completed.

Fig 1 shows flowchart of the method and computer program for this invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the customer experience in construction using virtual reality technology.
The present invention system is comprising of contents such as;
Any VR enabled device such as VR headset
Backend server – the customer experience in construction site application is installed
Wi-Fi modem - for connectivity between backend server and virtual reality enabled device
The present invention implemented in a combination of both hardware and software.
The present invention system is comprising of;
Step 1) The customer experience in construction site application is installed at backend server
Step 2) VR enabled headset is connected with backend server
Step 3) Virtual worksite is mapped with real space in proper scale
Step 4) User/customer wear VR enabled headset and enter in the virtual worksite area
Step 5) User/customer can feel that he/she is in the actual completed construction scene
Step 6) User/Customer can observe how the construction will look like when work is completed
This is general overview of system. System is not bounded to this only.
Here by using this invention construction team and also client can feel how the project will look actually after completion. User can see and observe the project minutely.
It helps customer to see how the project would look with the planned scenario.
The advantages of the invention presented is as follows;
Clear view of work after completion- With the help of VR technology, customer can experience clear view of complete work before it gets actually complete.
Transparency of work – Customer can verify there is any difference in construction team members record and in actual work. With the help of VR technology, checking is done. Transparency of work is maintained by construction team.
Take an example of this invention, suppose construction team want to show the client project. By using the invention client can better understand the project. And definitely the chances of purchasing would increase.
