Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DESIGNING OR PERSONALIZING PROMOTIONS A technique is provided for designing or personalizing promotions for a consumer. The technique includes receiving promotional data containing a set of available promotions from a promotion subsystem over a communication channel, displaying the set of available promotions to the consumer for selection via a display device, and capturing and relaying the selection made by the consumer to the promotion subsystem over the communication channel.
