Abstract: The invention discloses the system and method for enhanced quality of service in retail by using big data technology. The web application for invention is created. Big data technology analyses information of customer data such as customer experience and feedback about product and service provided to them. So, user/retailers get this information from the big data, and can work on enhancing the quality of service provided by them.

1) The system and method for enhanced quality service in retail by using big data technology is comprising of the contents such as;
a. Any high definition smart computing device
b. Any open-source framework like Hadoop for data analysis which stored data on big data;
c. The web application of enhanced quality service in retail; and
2) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, provide retailers the information related to customer’s data such as experience and feedback.
3) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, provide retailers customers feedback for products and service from social media and also online.
, Description:FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for enhanced quality of service in retail by using big data technology. The invention is related to retail sector, which are now well developed due to upcoming technologies. Big data is one of the best technologies which can be effectively used for retailing.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
Quality service is an assessment of how well a delivered service conforms to the client’s expectations. Service business operators often assess the service quality provided to their customers in order to improve their service, to quickly identify problems, and to better assess client satisfaction.
The process of managing the quality of services delivered to a customer according to his expectations is called Service Quality Management. It basically assesses how well a service has been given, so as to improve its quality in the future, identify problems and correct them to increase customer satisfaction.
The quality of service in retail industry should be checked on time to time basis, which gives idea to the retailer about their products and service provided by them. And it prevents retailer from sudden loss. Constructive decisions can be made with the help of quality of service in retail.
Currently, the written feedback is considered for checking quality of service. But today is the world of internet and technology. So, customer may express their experience in different form. So, there is no such system which keep eye on all form of media for customers experience with retail industry.
The present invention gives the solution to above problem.
The present invention discloses the system and method for enhanced quality of service in retail by using big data technology. Big data analytics can be used to analyse customer experience express in different form such as online, social media or on phone. So, service team can keep eye on how quality of service is achieved as per target or not.

The main object of the invention is that, enhanced quality service in retail by using big data technology.
Another object of the invention is that, retailers use big data to analyse customer experience or feedback about product and service provided to them.
Other object of the invention is that, retailers can keep eye on the quality of service for throughout.

So, user/retailers get this information from the big data, and can work on enhancing the quality of service provided by them.

Big data is the vast volume of structured or unstructured data that is readily available at collective fingertips. These large data sets are analysed to reveal previously unknown patterns and provide insights into businesses, human behaviour, and more. Big data analysis is used for everything from financial services, to gauging someone’s productivity, to even monitoring the weather.
The key feature of big data is to analyse, understand and interpret it in order to give user a full a picture as possible about the quality of service in retail.

Data sources- web and social media, machines, Sensing, IoT
Content format – structured, semi-structured, unstructured data
Data stores – document oriented, column oriented, graph database, key value
Data Staging – cleaning, transform and normalization
Data processing – Batch and real time

Step 1) The web application for enhanced quality service in retail is created
Step 2) User/retail team member open the web application
Step 3) Big data technology gets information of customer data such as customer experience and feedback about product and service provided to them
Step 4) User/retail team member can see the information provided by big data technology
Step 5) User/retail team member analyses the data and can work on enhancing the quality of service provided to customer
The role of big data technology in invention application is as follows –
Enhanced quality service is web application. Big data technology analyses information of customer data such as customer experience and feedback about product and service provided to them. So, user/retailers get this information from the big data, and can work on enhancing the quality of service provided by them. As nowadays customer has expressed their experience and feedback on various media such as online, social media and on phone calls also. So big data can retrieve and analyse all data related to it and send information to retailer about the quality of service they provide to customer. With this data retailer can enhanced the quality of service provide to customer.
Use of big data is looking promising in the retail field and it can become a standard in the future.
The invention application has some advantages for the invented system, such as;
Cost reduction – Big data technologies such as Hadoop and cloud-based analytics bring significant cost advantages when it comes to storing large amounts of data plus they can identify more efficient ways of doing business.
Faster, better decision making – with the speed of Hadoop and in-memory analytics, combined with the ability to analyse new sources of data, businesses are able to analyse information immediately and make decisions based on what they’ve learned.
Tracking the quality of service – with this invention application retailer continuously keep track of quality of service. If there is any decrease in quality occurs, retailer come to know immediately and take an action to enhanced the quality of service.
