The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed
BACKGROUND
Field of Invention
[001] Embodiments of the present invention generally relate to a system and method for facilitating pets-related services and particularly to a common online platform for facilitating pets-related services.
Description of Related Art
[002] For many people, their pet is a major part of the family. Having a pet comes with the responsibility of taking care of them by giving them food, water, medicines and grooming them according to their needs.
[003] Nowadays, there are many products which are dedicatedly manufactured for fulfilling the needs of pets. Further, in the current time, pet owners have become more vigilant for vaccination and routine checkups of the pets.
[004] Just like all other living organisms that are set up for reproduction, pets also have a natural inclination to mate. However, the pet owners are generally afraid to leave the pets with other unvaccinated pets. Moreover, it is difficult for a pet owner to know if the other pets around his/her pet have been vaccinated or not. Scheduling sitting for the vaccination and routine checkups is also a difficult task for pet owners.
[005] To fulfill the daily nutritional needs of the pets, many pet owners seek the help of e-commerce websites. Many e-commerce websites are available in the market which sell pet-related products. However, despite the many industrialized development offered by the existing e-commerce websites for pets, some improvements are still expected. The existing applications do not employ any common platform for facilitating all pet-related services.
[006] There is thus a need for a system and method for facilitating pets-related services in a more efficient manner.
