Abstract: The present invention discloses the system and method for food prevention using internet of things (IoT) technology. The food prevention application is installed at backend server. Temperature sensor and moisture sensor are installed inside the food vehicle. Wi-fi modem is installed for connectivity. At regular interval of time, sensor sense data and send it to cloud. At cloud if there are any changes in temperature and moisture data, the data is sent to backend server. At backend server application oreder to set temperature and moisture level as per standard to prevent food from spoiling. a. Backend server – storing data from sensors and food prevention application is installed
b. Temperature Sensor – senses temperature inside the food vehicle

2) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, the number of sensors is arranging in such a way to sense climate inside food vehicle
3) The system claimed in claim1 wherein, sensors sense temperature and moisture level data
4) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, sensor sends data to cloud
5) The system claimed in claim1 wherein, temperature and moisture level can be set automatically.
, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for food preservation using Internet of Things (IoT). The present invention relates generally to food industry.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
As population increases rapidly, the demand of food also increasing rapidly. Sometimes it may happen that the need of food options is not available locally. So long distance food is needed. So here comes concept of food transportation.
The other aspect is also that, producer want to sell his product in long distance area, so the transportation of food is only option remaining there.
But some food products required controlled temperature and moisture to keep food items very well. Many food products are subject to perishability of freeze-ability and require temperature-controlled transportation.
In transportation, temperature and moisture can be changed which causes spoil of food. And it will definitely make loss in budget.
Currently the temperature van is used to prevent the food items. But in that the temperature is set manually at once. And driver of van doesn’t know actual system. Which also cost spoil of food.
It is very important to protect food by keeping it at the required temperature during transportation to avoid the multiplication of microorganisms that may affect the quality and safety of the food.
The present invention solves the above problem using Internet of Things (IoT) technology.
The Internet of Things (IoT) is a network of connected devices embedded with electronics, software, sensors, actuators, and so on which enable these objects to collect and exchange data.
The concept of IoT has many applications depending on the physical devices that are connected and one of the most remarkable applications of IoT in food sector is prevention of food.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the invention is that, the system and method for food prevention using Internet of Things (IoT).
Another object of the invention is that, prevent food from spoil.
Another object of the invention is that, sense the temperature inside the van.
Another object of the invention is that, sense the moisture level inside the van.
Another object of the invention is that, can set the temperature inside the van.
Other object of the invention is that, can set the moisture level inside the van.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method of food prevention using Internet of Things (IoT). The food prevention application is installed at backend server. The temperature and moisture sensors are installed inside the food carrying vehicle. The Wi-fi modem is installed in the vehicle. After regular interval of time, temperature and moisture sensor sense the temperature and moisture inside the vehicle where food items are stored. And send data to cloud by using Wi-fi modem. The data is transferred to backend server. At server it checks values, and if it is not proper then it send correct values to cloud. Cloud send that value to vehicle. At vehicle the temperature and moisture will be set automatically.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method of prevention of food by using Internet of Things (IoT).
Internet of Things (IoT) has many applications depending on the physical devices that are connected.
The method and system of prevention of food by using Internet of Things (IoT) is comprising of:
Backend server – the food prevention application is installed
Temperature Sensor – sense the temperature inside the food vehicle
Moisture Sensor – sense the moisture inside the food vehicle
The system and method for prevention of food using Internet of Things (IoT) can work as following:
Step 1) The food prevention application is installed at backend server.
Step 2) Temperature and moisture sensor and wi-fi modem are installed.
Step 3) At regular interval of time, both sensors sense the temperature and moisture value and send data to cloud using Wi-Fi.
Step 4) At cloud, if there is any change in values of temperature and moisture, the new values send to backend server.
Step 5) At backend server, it checks new values of sensors.
Step 6) Server Give order to IoT to set value of temperature and moisture as per standard, to prevent the spoiling of food.
This is the basic model of prevention of food in transport phase. And scope of invention is not limited to this only.
The food prevention by using Internet of Things (IoT) has some advantages such as:
Easy tracking the condition of food items by sensing the temperature and moisture value. If there Is need of any changes in temperature or in moisture level, the application order to change directly to temperature and moisture set device. No manual intervention is needed.
The example of the system is, suppose the food carrying vehicle is carrying away ice-cream. The low temperature is set to temperature device of vehicle. But suddenly in the middle of transport, raining happens. Then sudden drop of temperature happens. It could make food vehicle more chilled. And which can shorten the durability of ice-creams. To avoid this, the invention is very useful.
