Abstract: The present invention discloses the system and method for fuel replenishment of vehicle used for construction site by using internet of things (IoT) technology. The invention application is installed at backend server. At very initial stage, each and every vehicle is attached with to IoT enabled sensor. When vehicle is in low fuel condition, then alert is sent to backend server from sensor. The construction team member with help of backend server send message to operator about vehicle and give him advice to refill the vehicle with the fuel.

1) The fuel replenishment of vehicle used for construction site by using Internet of Things (IoT) comprising of;
a. Backend server – storing data from sensors;
b. Sensors – senses whether particular vehicle is in fuel reserved status and send data to backend server; and
c. Wi-Fi modem – maintain connectivity between backend server and sensors.
2) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, every vehicle used in construction site is attached with internet of things enabled sensor.
3) The system claimed in claim1 wherein, sensors sense whether fuel level of vehicle is low.
4) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, sensor send alert to backend server.
5) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, construction team member send message to construction supervisor to fuel replenishment of vehicle.
6) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, can avoid vehicle breakdown cause due to over fuel.
, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for fuel replenishment of vehicle used for construction site by using Internet of Things (IoT). The present invention relates generally to fuel replenishment of equipment used for construction industry.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Earth-moving machines that are used in construction work and in road-building include tractor-dozers (bulldozers), loaders, backhoe loaders, hydraulic excavators, dumpers, tractor-scrapers, graders, pipelayers, trenchers, landfill compactors and rope excavators. This vehicle needs fuel. When fuel ends the work related to these machines are stopped. To avoid this type of work breakdown, operator has to check time to time the fuel level of vehicle. Currently, this process carried out manually.
But it may happen, operator may get forget to check the fuel level or due to some reason fuel level cannot be noticed. This causes breakdown of work which is dependent on vehicle.
There is no such system which send alert to operator about fuel replenishment of vehicle.
The present invention solves the above problem with the help of Internet of Things (IoT) technology. With the help of internet of things enabled sensors construction supervisor can come to know which vehicle need fuel replenishment.
The phrase the Internet of Things (IoT) means any object or machine component can have sensors installed to monitor operating conditions, performance levels and/or physical states. In the construction industry, this commonly refers to telematics. The Internet of Things isn't just permeating the construction industry.
The Internet of Things (IoT) is a network of connected devices embedded with electronics, software, sensors, actuators, and so on which enable these objects to collect and exchange data.
The concept of IoT has many applications depending on the physical devices that are connected and one of the most remarkable applications of IoT in construction sector is fuel management.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the invention is that, the system and method for fuel replenishment of vehicle used for construction site by using Internet of Things (IoT).
Another object of the invention is that, easy tracking of fuel consumption.
Another object of the invention is that, prevent vehicle breakdown due to fuel replenishment on time.
Other object of the invention is that, prevent accident cause by vehicle.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for fuel replenishment of vehicle used for construction site using Internet of Things (IoT). The fuel replenishment of vehicle application is installed at backend server. At very initial stage all vehicle used for construction site are attached with the Internet of things (IoT) enabled sensors. So, whenever vehicle’s fuel status is reserved it send alert message to backend server. The construction team member send message to operator for fuel replenishment. So, supervisor immediately fill fuel to avoid any breakdown of vehicle.

The present invention discloses the system and method for fuel replenishment of vehicle used for construction site by using Internet of Things (IoT).
Internet of Things (IoT) has many applications depending on the physical devices that are connected and one of the most remarkable applications of IoT in construction is fuel replenishment of vehicle used for construction site.
The method and system for fuel replenishment of vehicle used for construction site by using Internet of Things (IoT) is comprising of:
Backend server – storing data from smart sensors
Sensors – sense whether particular vehicle is in fuel reserved status and send data to backend server
Wi-Fi Modem – maintain connectivity between server and sensors
The each and every vehicle used for construction site has attached with internet of things enabled sensor. This sensor checks whether vehicle is in fuel reserved status or not. Then sensor sends data to backend server to alert the construction supervisor about it.
The fuel replenishment of vehicle used for construction site using Internet of Things (IoT) is comprising of following steps;
Step 1) The fuel replenishment of vehicle used for construction site application is installed at backend server
Step 2) Every vehicle is attached with internet of things (IoT) enabled sensor with unique id
Step 3) Wi-Fi modem is installed for which connects server and sensors
Step 4) When the vehicle is in fuel reserved status, it sends alert message to server which is handled by construction team member
Step 5) Construction team member send alert to construction supervisor that the particular vehicle should be replenish fuel
This is the basic model of fuel replenishment of vehicle used for construction site. And scope of invention is not limited to this only.
The fuel replenishment of vehicle used for construction site by using Internet of Things (IoT) has some advantages such as:
Easy tracking of fuel consumption – As sensor attached to the each and every vehicle, tracking of fuel consumption of every vehicle can be done easily.
Fuel maintenance of vehicle – When any vehicle is entered in the reserved fuel status, the sensor sends alert message to backend server. The construction team member with the help of backend server send message to construction supervisor about vehicle and advice him/her to replenish the fuel to vehicle.
Avoid accidents -As invention send alert to server and server send message to supervisor, vehicle will always with fuel. Vehicle with no fuel status will not be arise so it prevents accident of vehicle due to vehicle with no fuel.
Avoid vehicle from breakdown – As construction supervisor get message for replenish of fuel, it keeps vehicle with fuel always. So, no delay in work. Work will be going on finely. With the help of this invention, it avoids vehicle from breakdown.
It’s no longer necessary to send worker to check out everything. The invention solves the all problems related to fuel replenishment of vehicle used for construction site.
Take an example of this invention, suppose bulldozers is attached with internet of things enabled sensor. When fuel level gets low, sensor send alert message to backend server. Construction team member who is operating backend server received this alert. The construction team member send message to the operator of bulldozer, informing him that the bulldozer should be replenish with fuel immediately.
