System And Method For High Speed Filling And Plugging

Abstract: A system for high-speed filling and plugging, comprising a conveying device (1), a plug conveying device (2), a filling device (3), a first plugging device (4), a second plugging device (5) and a rubber plug transferring device (6) which is used for transferring a rubber plug (9) to the first plugging device (4) and the second plugging device (5). The filling device (3), the first plugging device (4), the second plugging device (5), the rubber plug transferring device (6) and the plug conveying device (2) are sequentially arranged along the conveying device (1). The rubber plug transferring device (6) comprises a first plugging plate (61) provided with a first rubber plug positioning channel (63), a second plugging plate (62) provided with a second rubber plug positioning channel (66), and an eccentric shaft assembly used for driving the first plugging plate (61) and second plugging plate (62) to rotate so as to adjust the distance between the first rubber plug positioning channel (63) and the second rubber plug positioning channel (66); and a plug ejecting component (7) is disposed below the plug conveying device (2). The method comprises the following steps: a conveying device (1) conveys containers (8); a filling device (3) fills the containers (8); and after more than two rows of containers (8) are filled, a first plugging device (4) and a second plugging device (5) plug the front and rear rows of containers (8). The present invention has high production efficiency and good operation stability.
