Abstract: System and method for image recognition of found pet by using artificial intelligence technology is comprising of web application, backend server, any electronic device with active internet connection and found pet database. With the help of artificial intelligence technology, system check and validate image of lost pet submitted by user into the database of found pet and if image is match then system generated verification id for user and pet. With the help of verification id, user can get possession of pet.

Claims:We Claim:
1) System for image recognition of found pet by using artificial intelligence technology is comprising of:
a) Image recognition of found pet web application – used for searching lost pet from found pet database;
b) Any Electronic device which has active internet connection – used for communication to face recognition of found pet web application;
c) Found Pet Database – used for storing all the data related to found pet; and
d) Backend server – used for storing all data and web application
wherein, through an electronic device the said application can be accessed through which the said user can search lost pet in the web application database.
2) The method for image recognition of found pet by using artificial intelligence technology is comprising the steps of:
a) Creating a database for found pet;
b) Taking the close image of found pet;
c) Submitting the details of found pet, image of found pet and any special facial or body mark of found pet into the web application;
d) Data related to found pet is stored in the database;
e) Submitting the details of lost pet, image of lost pet and any special facial or body mark of lost pet into the web application by the User/pet owner;
f) Searching for the image in the database at backend server, and if found then it sends found signal to the application;
g) If signal is ok, then system ask some questions to the said user related to pet to verify whether it is the same pet or not;
h) If said user answer correctly the all questions, then system generates verification id for found pet;
i) With this verification id, said user can get possession of pet
3) The system claimed in claim 1, provides an option to said user to search lost pet from the web application.
4) The system claimed in claim 1, said user must provide/upload the image of lost pet.
5) The method claimed in claim 2, authority member adds details of found pet with latest image of pet in the web application.
6) The method claimed in claim 2, provides list of questions related to lost pet to said user when image of lost pet is matched to the image from the database.
, Description:Field of the invention:
The present invention is related generally to the social pet animals, and more particularly to system and method for image recognition of found pet by using artificial intelligence technology.
Background of the invention:
Human is social animal. Human wants company for happiness and sorrows. The pet is just not companion but more than a family member. Pet serve to bring joy and relieve stress of human being. When pet lost or go anywhere without knowing of his owner, the first thought come in mind where they go? Is pet alright? Can pet find his way to home? It is high stress experience to any pet owner. Traditionally if pet lost, pet owner search pet in surrounding. But it is very hectic process. Because no one know where pet went to. The other side of situation, if suppose anyone found a lost pet and he checks at surrounding who is the owner of lost pet, and if no one is found then question arise in the mind of said person, what to do with this lost pet. The said person may be going to the authorised community to give possession of lost pet or may be person just walked away. If lost pet is with authorised community, then it is their work to find the right pet owner.
There are a few systems having pet finder features inventions, which are patented, are listed below.
US patent application US6301370B1 by Johannes Bernhard Steffens, Egor Valerievich Elagin, Luciano Pasquale Agostino Nocera, Thomas Maurer, Hartmut Neven discloses Face recognition from video images. The present invention is embodied in an apparatus, and related method, for detecting and recognizing an object in an image frame. The object may be, for example, a head having particular facial characteristics. The object detection process uses robust and computationally efficient techniques. The object identification and recognition process uses an image processing technique based on model graphs and bunch graphs that efficiently represent image features as jets. The jets are composed of wavelet transforms and are processed at nodes or landmark locations on an image corresponding to readily identifiable features. The system of the invention is particularly advantageous for recognizing a person over a wide variety of pose angles.
US patent application US20130142398A1 by John Polimeno, Jason John Polimeno, Steven P. Callahan, John M. Schreiner, Rick S. Chang discloses Facial Recognition Lost Pet Identifying System. A server system stores a database of records. Each record stores a digital image of a pet, facial recognition markers, and owner identification information. An owner may register his/her pet using a cellular telephone and a mobile app. The owner is prompted to supply a digital photograph of the pet and to enter eye and nose location information. The system generates therefrom facial recognition markers and stores the markers in a record. If a lost pet is found, a finding user can use a cellular telephone to take a picture of the animal and to enter eye and nose location information. The system generates markers and compares the markers in a facial recognition process to other stored markers to identify records of animals that resemble the lost pet. If the record of the lost pet is identified, then owner identification information in the record is used to contact the owner.
Though the prior art patents disclose Face recognition from video images and Facial Recognition Lost Pet Identifying System, they do not give any perfect solution for image recognition of found pet.
Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to the simulation of human intelligence in machines that are programmed to think like humans and mimic their actions. The term may also be applied to any machine that exhibits traits associated with a human mind such as learning and problem-solving.
Object of the invention:
The primary object of the present invention is to provide system and method for image recognition of found pet by using artificial intelligence technology.
Another object of the present invention is to provide system and method for image recognition of found pet where an option is provided to said user to select lost pet from the web application.
Another object of the present invention is to provide system and method for image recognition of found pet where said user must provide/upload the image of lost pet.
Another object of the present invention is to provide system and method for image recognition of found pet where authority member adds details of found pet with latest image of pet in the web application.
Another object of the present invention is to provide system and method for image recognition of found pet where it provides list of questions related to lost pet to said user when image of lost pet is matched to the image from the database.
Summary of the invention:
The present invention discloses system and method for image recognition of found pet by using artificial intelligence technology. System for image recognition of found pet is comprising of;
Image recognition of found pet web application – used for searching lost pet from found pet database;
Any Electronic device which has active internet connection – used for communication to image recognition of found pet web application;
Found Pet Database – used for storing all the data related to found pet; and
Backend server – used for storing all data and web application
According to the present invention, authority would create a database of found pet. Authority member would take the image of found pet in such a way that face would be dominant in image and would save this image with information such as details of pet, any special facial or body mark of pet in the web application. This data would store in the database. User/pet owner would open the web application. User/pet owner would submit the details of lost pet, image of lost pet and any special facial or body mark of the pet into the web application. At backend server, image would be search in the database and if image would match then it would send found signal to the web application. The web application would ask some questions related pet to the said user/pet owner to verify whether it is the same pet or not. If said user would answer correctly the all questions, then system would generate verification id for found pet and user/pet owner. With this verification id, said user/pet owner would get possession of pet.

Detailed description of the invention:
The present invention discloses system and method for image recognition of found pet by using artificial intelligence technology.
Artificial intelligence (AI) includes the development of intelligence machines which can think and work like humans such as: speech recognition, problem-solving, learning and planning. The main goal of an Artificial Intelligence is reasoning, knowledge representation, planning, learning, natural language processing, perception and the ability to move an manipulate objects. Artificial intelligence main aim is the general intelligence like a human being.
The present invention discloses system for image recognition of found pet by using artificial intelligence technology is comprising of;
Image recognition of found pet web application – used for searching lost pet from found pet database;
Any Electronic device which has active internet connection – used for communication to image recognition of found pet web application;
Found Pet Database – used for storing all the data related to found pet; and
Backend server – used for storing all data and web application
Fig. 1 illustrates the embodiment of present invention includes backend server. This backend server contains all data and database related to found pet. The image matching and verification is done at backend server only. According to the present invention, when any person found any lost pet, he/she would bring it to the authority of pet. Then here actual invention process gets started. The web application provides an option for authority member to create a record of found pet in the database with authorize login details. The said record of found pet includes body details of pet, recent image of pet and any special facial or body of mark of the pet. Whenever any user/pet owner want to check the application for lost pet, the said user/pet owner opens the web application. User/pet owner submit the details of lost pet, image of lost pet and enter details such as any special facial or body mark of the pet into the web application. At backend server, image is search in the database and if image is match in the database then the server sends “found signal” to the web application. The web application then asks some questions related to pet to the said user/pet owner to verify whether it is true owner of the same pet or not. If said user/pet owner answer correctly the all questions, then system generates verification id for the found pet and user/pet owner. With this verification id, said user/pet owner can get possession of pet.
Fig. 2 illustrates method for image recognition of found pet by using artificial intelligence technology is comprising of the steps are as;
Step 1) Authority member create a database for found pet
Step 2) Authority member take an image of found pet and submit it along with other details of pet to the web application
Step 3) At backend server, said data of found pet is saved in the database
Step 4) Any user/pet owner open the web application on any electronic device
Step 5) Said user/pet owner submit the details of lost pet, image of lost pet and any special facial or body mark of lost pet into the web application
Step 6) At backend server, image is searched in the database and if found then found signal is send to the application
Step 7) If signal is found, then system ask some questions to the said user related to pet to verify whether user is the true owner or not
Step 8) If said user answer correctly to the all questions, then system generates verification id for found pet and user
Step 9) With this verification id, said user/pet owner can get possession of pet
The present invention generates verification id for said user/pet owner and found pet which is further used for taking possession of pet from the authority. This verification id is also saved in the database to keep track on record of found pet.
The present invention discloses the system and method for image recognition of found pet has some advantages:
The main advantage is that it has centralized database, which provides search of lost pet in the database and increases possibility of finding pet to the pet owner.
Image recognition fasten the process of recognition of pet finding from the database.
It is user friendly. User just have to enter/upload the image of lost pet and other details to the system and system search on the basis of the said data provided by user.
It saves time of authority to find a pet owner.
It saves time of user/pet owner to find lost pet.
The present invention can be better understood with the help of examples.
Example 1:
According to the present invention, Person K found a lost dog in garden area. K ask surrounding people about dog. But no one responses yes. So, K decided to take away the lost dog into the pet lost found community office. K handover the dog. Authority member take an image of a dog and check dog for details and upload this information to the web application.
Example 2:
According to the present invention, Person A found a lost dog in garden area. A ask surrounding people about dog. But no one responses yes. So, A decided to take away the lost dog into the pet lost found community office. A handover the dog. Authority member take an image of a dog and check dog for details and upload this information to the web application. After some days, L check in the website, and add details of lost dog with image and submit it into the web application. At backend server, image is searched in the database. Image is matched, the signal is sent by the backend server to the web application. The system then asks L some questions related to dog. If L answers correctly then application generates verification id for L and lost dog. With this verification id, L can take possession of dog anytime.
It should be kept in mind that the described embodiment(s) is only presented by way of example and should not be construed as limiting the inventive concept to any particular physical configuration.
The present invention is not limited to components, which is mentioned in the description. Based on the same concept, image recognition of found pet application can be built. Those who are familiar in the art will understand that a number of variations may be made in the disclosed embodiments, all without departing from the scope of the invention, which is defined solely by the appended claims.
