Abstract: The system and method for maintenance of huge and complex machine using augmented reality technology is disclosed. Application is installed on backend server. Any Augmented reality enabled electronic device is connected to sever. Maintenance team member wear AR enabled device. Choose the machine from the machine list for maintenance. As soon as machine selected, team member goes to that machine where he can see the inner part of complex machine. And he can also see standard value or level of small machines. Team member start maintenance work without wasting time.

1) The system and method for maintenance of huge and complex machine using augmented reality technology comprising of;
a. Any Augmented Reality enabled electronic device
b. Application of complex and huge machine maintenance is installed on AR enabled device
c. Team member has to select machine from the list of machines which has to be checked for maintenance
d. Application show the each and every small machine which are placed in complex machine on the AR enabled screen
e. Application suggest standard value of every small machine
2) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, the real time maintenance of complex and huge machine can be done within a short time.
3) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, choose the machine from the list of machines which have maintenance call.
, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This present invention discloses the system and method for maintenance of the complex and huge machine using augmented reality technology. The field of present invention is machine tool industry where a customize huge and complex machine are used for special purpose.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Many industries have huge and complex machines which are customized to perform particular process. As the technology become more and more advanced, their use in day-to-day life is also increased. As each and every industry become more and more advanced, the machine becomes part of any industry.
The maintenance team plays vital role in the smoothly running of all the machines without any error or problem and any bad incident.
The maintenance department is responsible and accountable for maintenance. It is responsible for the way equipment runs and looks and for the costs to achieve the required level of performance.
The maintenance function is responsible for the frequency and level of maintenance
The objective of plant maintenance is to achieve minimum breakdown and to keep the plant in good working condition at the lowest possible cost. Machines and other facilities should be kept in such a condition which permits them to be used at their optimum (profit making) capacity without any interruption or hindrance.
Maintenance is really important job. But maintenance of huge and complex machine is really tough job. As customized, huge and complex machine have combination of number of machines which work together to run particular process.
To maintain such a machine is really difficult. Currently there is no such system which make the maintenance of machine easy.
The present invention suggests the solution to above problems. It suggests the real time maintenance of customized huge and complex machine using augmented reality technology.
Augmented reality (AR) is a type of interactive, reality-based display environment that takes the capabilities of computer-generated display, sound, text and effects to enhance the user's real-world experience.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the invention is, system and method for maintenance of customized, huge and complex machine using augmented reality technology.
Another object of the invention is, smart headset with AR feature/ AR enabled device is required
Another object of the invention is, it is time saving.
Other object of the invention is, application is installed to backend server.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for maintenance of huge and complex machine using augmented reality technology. The system and method comprising of: The application should install at backend server. Augmented Reality enabled smart glass or headset. Maintenance team member wear the AR enabled device. Select which machine he has to be check for maintenance from the list of machines. Go to selected machine. At backend server, the diagram of machine is provided. As maintenance team member stand in front of machine, the all small parts of machine can be seen individually to team member in AR device. Also, the standard values or levels of all small parts are provided to screen of AR device. So the maintenance team member can check each and every small part of huge and complex machine.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Fig 1 shows flowchart of the method and computer program for this invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for maintenance of huge and complex machine using augmented reality technology.
The present invention system is comprising of contents such as;
Backend server – maintenance of huge and complex machine application is installed
Any Augmented Reality enabled electronic device such as AR headset or AR glass
An application of maintenance of huge and complex machine
The drawing of machine which has to be check for maintenance
The present invention implemented in a combination of both hardware and software.
The present invention system is comprising of;
Step 1) The maintenance of huge and complex machine application is installed at backend server
Step 2) Maintenance team member wear any Augmented Reality enabled electronic device (may be smart phone or tab or AR smart glass) which is connected to backend server with the help of wi-fi connectivity
Step 3) Maintenance team member select which machine has to be checked for maintenance from the list of machines
Step 4) As team member move to in front of selected machine which has to be checked, all included small machines are displayed in AR device with standard level or value
Step 5) So maintenance team member check each and every small part of huge and complex machine

This is general overview of system. System is not bounded to this only.
The system has advantages such as;
It is time saving. Before this invention, the maintenance team member face very difficult to check the complex machine for maintenance. This is really a hectic job.
The present invention suggests real time machine which are combined to form huge and complex machine. It only shows that standard value or level of that small machines. So, it is very easy, to team member to check the huge machine with taking small step for checking the small part of huge and complex machine.
For this process, the machine drawing should be provided to application which is installed at backend server.
Take an example of complex machine such as, Wafer making machine. For this worker have to place stock of potato into the machine. Then machine do all processes such as, classifying potato as per shape. Washing the potato, then making slices of potato. Then frying in oil. Packing the wafers. Placing number of packets into a carton box. Here, there are combination of 3-4 machine which perform differently to continue the process. While to check for maintenance, maintenance team member has to check every small machine. With the help of present invention, it is easy to maintenance team to carry on maintenance process.
The present system not only detect the each and every small part of complex machine but also suggest standard value for it with the help of augmented reality technology.
