, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention relates to systems and method for buying of some products provided by suppliers. The present invention more particularly relates to a system and method for buying of products on website by the interested buyers through bidding process.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
Bidding is an offer to set a price by an individual or business for a product or service or a demand that something be done. Bidding is used to determine the cost or value of something. Bidding can be performed by a "buyer" or "supplier" of a product or service based on the context of the situation. In the context of auctions, the price offer a business or individual is willing to pay is called a bid. In the context of corporate or government procurement initiatives, the price offer a business or individual or supplier is willing to sell is also called a bid.
Internet businesses are expanded related to everything from gaming to music to retail sales. Now a days, more people prefer to buy products through internet resulting in increase in internet sales. Online auctions reduced auctioneer fraud and collusion between a live auctioneer and live bidders. Online auctions attract millions of sellers and buyers each and every day for the sole purpose of auctioning off and buying goods. Live auctions of such a scale are not realistic where bidders must be physically present.
In live bidding process, a format is utilized where items are put together for bid and placed for sale first. The listed items are auctioned consecutively at a particular date and time. When this process of live auction begins, one listed item at a time is sold out and the process is continued up till no items remains. This process is ended when there is no submission of further bids.
Typical online auctions allow for multiple items to carry auction process simultaneously. The start and finish time for online auction items is independent from the auctioning of other items. These online auctions end within a settled time period when there is no need of submission of bids further.
The recognized bidding websites are successful when the online auction format is slow. The start and finish time is independent from the other items bidding process. These websites are successful and online auction is low and inefficient a maximum sales price for the items. Online auctions are available for a particular set of time.
When bidders go online to access and view a particular interested item, they are simultaneously provided a record of the time remaining for the auction. When bidders do online bidding, they view a particular item of their interest and are provided with a record of the time remaining until the bidding ends. In bidding, it is expected that another bidder does not bid so close to the auction that it is not possible for original bidder to place another bid. This online action format does not encourage true bidding .This online auction format does not allow the seller to maximize the sales price of their items. Therefore there is a need for online bidding system which provides the suppliers an opportunity to maximize returns and retain the benefits both for sellers and buyers of conventional online auction systems. .
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:
The main object of the present invention is to provide a system and method which can maximize returns and retain the benefits both for sellers and buyers
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a system and method which can allow auctions for multiple items to carry auction process simultaneously
Other objects and benefits of the present invention will be more apparent from the following description, which is not intended to bind the scope of the present invention.
