Abstract: The system and method for order management system by using blockchain technology is disclosed. Order management system application is installed on backend server. Team member must be authorised and have authentication to use application. Team member select order from order list and check its status. Status show which process has done and which are remaining. Application does not allow jumping to next process without completing previous one. Every order record is stored in database in cryptographic form. Hash is created for each order and block is attached to blockchain.

, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for order management system using blockchain technology.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In any industry, the main aim is to complete the order given by client. Behind this process, there are so many subprocesses included which combineally complete the order. The process of order completion is Order invoice, recognizing and collecting all sub parts for main order, various operations performed on sub parts to form a main part, testing the main part, sending to quality control, dispatch to client and last is maintenance after dispatch to client.
The all processes should be work as one by one completion mode. To complete particular order, this process/system should be followed. The tracing of order should be more important, as it assures no delay in completion of order.
In most of the industries, the tracking of order is done manually or more particular by using paperwork. But it is risky when the paper or document is missing, then tracking is not possible.
The present invention solves the above discussed problem with the help of block chain technology.
Blockchain is a distributed ledger, which simply means that a ledger is spread across the network among all peers in the network, and each peer holds a copy of the complete ledge.
More specifically, Blockchain is essentially a way of keeping records and can be used in almost any product that uses some sort of record keeping or database management.
With the help of blockchain technology, the order tracking can be done with transparency. No data could be forged. And tracking can be done without any modification by others.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the invention is, order management system using blockchain technology.
Another object of the invention is, it checks whether all process done step by step or not.
Another object of the invention is, it checks each and every process has done properly or not.
Other object of the invention is, fraud could not happen during any process.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses a method, system or computer program for order management system by using blockchain technology. The system and method for order management system is comprising of;
Electronic device with active internet connection – used for to open the order management system
Backend server for blockchain technology – To verify whether all processes are done step by step or not
It verifies all processes submitted by user. And doesn’t allow team member to jump to next process without completing recent process. Once the order receives from client the record is created in database in cryptographic form. Hash for new order is created and new block for this record is created and attached to blockchain. So, anyone can see what is the status of the order but no one can interrupt the status of order.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Fig 1 shows flowchart of the method and computer program for this invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses a method, system or computer program for order management system by using blockchain technology.
Blockchain is, in essence, a digital database (or ledger) distributed across a network of computers.
The records are protected by cryptography and are, therefore, protected against human error, editing and removal. The versatility of blockchain means it is being widely considered as a way to manage financial transactions, asset transfers and regulatory obligations. In particular, blockchain is now seen by many as the future of various industries due to its transparency.
The system and method for order management management system is comprising of contents;
Electronic device with active internet connection – To check the status of any order
Blockchain API (Application Interface)- To Verify all processes document submitted by team member
Backend server – The data is stored in cryptographically form with help of blockchain technology
Process Database – The data related to each process for particular order is stored here
The system and method for order management by using blockchain technology is comprising of the steps are as;
Step 1) Backend server has to installed order management system application
Step 2) The process database has to be created and linked with application
Step 3) Team member select which order should be completed
Step 4) Team member can see the status of order, means which processes has done and which are remaining
Step 5) As processes of particular order get completed, team member has to update on system
Step 6) The team member has to process and update process step by step to complete the order
When new order is received, the record of it is created, and stored in database in the cryptographic form. Hash is created for new record and new block with new order record is attached to blockchain.
A hash is unique identity.
The data on Blockchain is immutable, auditable and decentralized so cannot be changed by anyone except authority.
Any team member can see the status of particular order but no one can change the status. As team member added record for process for particular order, the status of that order get changed, means which process is completed and which are remaining.
Blockchain combined with modern technologies can create a transparent order management system.
Blockchain’s distributed nature enables an implementation method which puts team manager and team member in the same network. Any team member can easily get information regarding any order.
Take an example, one particular order is selected by team member. The assembling process done. If team member is going for dispatch process, then application will not allow him to do. Team member has to follow step by step process. After assembly he has to go for quality check. This is the one aspect of invention.
Take another example, each and every team member can see the status of each and every order. But no one can change the status. Because as particular process is done, team member updated it to the system. Application check for stepwise process. If it is ok, then it updates on backend server. And application is updated about that process is completed.
Main advantage of the invention is that any team member can know the status of any order as blockchain technology has distributed network. But no one can change the status of order as blockchain technology is immutable structure.
Blockchain acts as the backbone as it offers transparency from the onset.
