Abstract: System and method for pet telehealth by using artificial intelligence technology is disclosed comprising of web application, backend server, any electronic device with active internet connection and pet disease database. With the help of artificial intelligence technology, system gives advice to the pet owner related to illness of pet through the web application.

Claims:We Claim:
1) System for pet telehealth by using artificial intelligence technology is comprising of:
a) Pet telehealth web application – used for helping in pet’s health first level checking remotely;
b) Any Electronic device which has active internet connection – used for communication to pet telehealth web application;
c) Pet disease database – used for storing all the data related to pet diseases and its solution; and
d) Backend server – used for storing database and web application
wherein, through an electronic device the said application can be accessed through which the said user can search for an advice for health problem of pet in the web application database.
2) The method for pet telehealth by using artificial intelligence technology is comprising the steps of:
a) Opening the web application for pet telehealth;
b) Selecting the chatbot option for taking advice for pet health;
c) selecting the pet type, category, sex and age from the list provided on the application window;
d) entering the illness description of pet in the web application;
e) selecting the option give an advice;
f) activation of the web application’s chatbot to search for remedies or treatment for pet illness described by said user; and
g) providing the remedies or treatment solution on the application window.
3) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, the said chatbot provides an option to said user to search an advice for pet health from the web application.
4) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, the said user must select type, category, sex and age of pet from the web application.
5) The method claimed in claim 2 wherein, the said system searches the database for treatment or remedies for said illness of pet.
6) The method claimed in claim 2 wherein, the said system provides online solution to the illness of pets.
, Description:Technical field of the invention:
The present invention is related generally to the health sector, and more particularly to system and method for pet telehealth by using artificial intelligence technology.
Background of the invention:
Human is social animal. Human wants company for happiness and sorrows. The pet is just not companion but more than a family member. Pet serve to bring joy and relieve stress of human being.
Pets is now part of persons lives and part of their families. Pet provides not only companionship but also provides emotional support, reduce sense of loneliness, reduce person’s stress levels and help to increase their social activities and develop positive emotional.
As human concern for their and their family health, the same concern for their pet health. When pet is ill, pet owner can notice immediately and run to the veteran doctor to see what is actual problem to the pet. Sometimes it is very small problems which has really simple solutions.
There are a few systems having pet health related inventions, which are patented, are listed below.
US patent application US9165334B2 by Doug Simon discloses Pet and people care management system. A pet or human care management system and method are provided. In one embodiment, the system includes a portable electronic device carried by a care service provider to scan a care customer bar code at the location of a care visit to indicate the start and/or end of the care visit. The portable electronic device also includes a GPS component and transmits its location at a plurality of times during the care visit, such as to indicate the path of a scheduled walk. A website is employed to administrate the care management system, including scheduling walks, licensing care providers, and creating customer and care provider accounts.
US patent application US6974841B1 by Carol Osborne Rapisarda discloses Pet anti-aging wellness supplement. A health and nutrition supplement dosage for pets, particularly canine pets, consisting essentially of anti-oxidant vitamins, B complex vitamins, bioflavonoids, chelated minerals, digestive enzymes, herbs, nutrients, and essential fatty acids amino acids and hormones.
Though the prior art patents disclose Pet and people care management system and Pet anti-aging wellness supplement, they do not give any perfect solution for pet telehealth.
Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to the simulation of human intelligence in machines that are programmed to think like humans and mimic their actions. The term may also be applied to any machine that exhibits traits associated with a human mind such as learning and problem-solving.
Object of the invention:
The primary object of the present invention is to provide system and method for pet telehealth by using artificial intelligence technology.
Another object of the present invention is to provide system and method for pet telehealth where said user would select chatbot option for taking advice for per health.
Another object of the present invention is to provide system and method for pet telehealth where said user would select the pet type, category, sex and age from the list which would provide on the application window.
Another object of the present invention is to provide system and method for pet telehealth where user would enter the illness description of pet in the web application and would select the option give an advice.
Another object of the present invention is to provide system and method for pet telehealth where web application’s chatbot would get activate and search for remedies or treatment for pet illness described by said user.
Another object of the present invention is to provide system and method for pet telehealth where chatbot would give remedies or treatment solution on the application window.
Another object of the present invention is to provide system and method for pet telehealth where user would know the treatment or remedies for their pet illness.
Summary of the invention:
The present invention is to provide system and method for pet telehealth by using artificial intelligence technology. System for pet telehealth is comprising of;
Pet telehealth web application – used for helping in pet’s health first level checking remotely;
Any Electronic device which has active internet connection – used for communication to pet telehealth web application;
Pet disease database – used for storing all the data related to pet diseases and its solution; and
Backend server – used for storing database and web application
According to the present invention, user would open the web application for pet telehealth through an electronic computing device. User would select chatbot option for advice for pet health from the web application. User would select the pet type, category, sex and age from the list provided on the application window. User would enter the illness description of pet in the web application. User would select the option give an advice from the chatbot. Web application’s chatbot would get activate and search for remedies or treatment for pet illness which is described by said user. Chatbot would suggest remedies or treatment solution on the application window. User would know the treatment or remedies for their pet illness from the application.

Detailed description of the invention:
The present invention discloses system and method for pet telehealth by using artificial intelligence technology.
Artificial intelligence (AI) includes the development of intelligence machines which can think and work like humans such as: speech recognition, problem-solving, learning and planning. The main goal of an Artificial Intelligence is reasoning, knowledge representation, planning, learning, natural language processing, perception and the ability to move an manipulate objects. Artificial intelligence aim is the general intelligence like a human being.
The present invention discloses system for pet telehealth by using artificial intelligence technology is comprising of;
Pet telehealth web application – used for helping in pet’s health first level checking remotely;
Any Electronic device which has active internet connection – used for communication to pet telehealth web application;
Pet disease database – used for storing all the data related to pet diseases and its solution; and
Backend server – used for storing database and web application
Fig. 1 illustrates the embodiment of present invention which includes backend server. This backend server contains web application and database related to pet disease. According to the present invention, web application is provided with chatbot option which helps user/pet owner to ask remedies or treatment for their pet illness through an electronic device. User/pet owner select the type, categories, sex and age of pet from the list shown on the chatbot. User/pet owner enter the details about pet illness and choose an advice option. At backend server, system searches the treatment or remedies of illness of pet described by pet owner and send search result to web application chatbot.
Fig. 2 illustrates method for pet telehealth by using artificial intelligence technology is comprising of the steps are as;
Step 1) User/pet owner opens the web application for pet telehealth
Step 2) User/pet owner select chatbot option for taking advice for pet health
Step 3) User/pet owner select pet type, category, sex and age from the list provided on the application window
Step 4) User enter the illness description of pet in the web application
Step 5) User select the option give an advice
Step 6) At backend server, system searched for remedies or treatment for pet illness described by said user from the database
Step 7) Chatbot gives remedies or treatment solution on the application window
According to the present invention, user open the web application for pet telehealth through an electronic computing device. User select chatbot option for advice for pet health from the web application. User select the pet type, category, sex and age from the list provided on the application window. User enter the illness description of pet in the web application. User select the option give an advice from the chatbot. Web application’s chatbot get activate and search for remedies or treatment for pet illness which is described by said user. Chatbot suggest remedies or treatment solution on the application window. User can know the treatment or remedies for their pet illness from the application.
The present invention discloses the system and method for pet telehealth has some advantages:
The main advantage is that it has centralized database, which provides search of common pet diseases from the database and increases possibility of finding remedies or treatment to the pet disease.
It is user friendly. User just have to enter/upload the symptoms of illness of pet into the web application and application give remedies or treatment to that disease.
It saves time and money of pet owner.
It provides immediate help to ill pet.
The present invention can be better understood with the help of examples.
Example 1:
According to the present invention, K uses pet telehealth web application for seeking advice from the application for the pet - dog. K select various options from the application which reveals information about dog and then enter details of illness or symptoms of dog and submit to the application. Application search treatment for these symptoms from the database and give solution to the user/pet owner K.
Example 2:
According to the present invention, M uses pet telehealth web application for seeking advice from the application for the pet - cat. M select various options from the application which reveals information about cat and then enter details of illness or symptoms of cat and submit to the application. Application search treatment for these symptoms from the database and give solution to the user/pet owner M.
It should be kept in mind that the described embodiment(s) is only presented by way of example and should not be construed as limiting the inventive concept to any particular physical configuration.
The present invention is not limited to components, which is mentioned in the description. Based on the same concept, pet telehealth application can be built. Those who are familiar in the art will understand that a number of variations may be made in the disclosed embodiments, all without departing from the scope of the invention, which is defined solely by the appended claims.
