Abstract: The present invention discloses the system and method for power maintenance of machines used for construction site by using internet of things (IoT) technology. The invention application is installed at backend server. At very initial stage, each and every machine is attached with to IoT enabled sensor. When machine is in ideal state for some time with power mode on, then alert is sent to backend server from sensor. The construction team member with help of backend server send message to supervisor about machine and give him advice to power off the machine

1) The power maintenance of machine used for construction site by using Internet of Things (IoT) comprising of;
a. Backend server – storing data from sensors; and
b. Sensors – senses whether particular machine is in ideal condition with power on mode and send data to backend server.
2) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, every machine used in construction site is attached with internet of things enabled sensor.
3) The system claimed in claim1 wherein, sensors sense whether machine is ideal condition when power mode is on.
4) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, sensor send alert to backend server.
5) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, construction team member send message to construction supervisor to power off the particular machine which is in ideal state.
6) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, can avoid machine breakdown.
7) The system claimed in claim1 wherein, can avoid any accident cause by machine.
8) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, avoid money loss.
, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for power maintenance of machines used for construction site by using Internet of Things (IoT). The present invention relates generally to power maintenance of machines of construction industry.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Construction sector includes many small or big machines which are useful to process of construction. Any machine need power for start and use. But it may happens the machine will be in ideal condition, but power is on. Worker or operator may forget or may neglect to switch off power of the machines. It may cause wastage of power and also chances of machine breakdown. Accidents also may happen due to this condition.
Currently, supervisor has to pay attention whether power of machine is off or not.
There is no such system which inform construction supervisor whether there is any machine which has power on or which is in ideal condition.
The present invention solves the above problem with the help of Internet of Things (IoT) technology. With the help of internet of things enabled sensors construction supervisor can come to know which machine is ideal and has to power off.
The phrase the Internet of Things (IoT) means any object or machine component can have sensors installed to monitor operating conditions, performance levels and/or physical states. In the construction industry, this commonly refers to telematics. The Internet of Things isn't just permeating the construction industry.
The Internet of Things (IoT) is a network of connected devices embedded with electronics, software, sensors, actuators, and so on which enable these objects to collect and exchange data.
The concept of IoT has many applications depending on the physical devices that are connected and one of the most remarkable applications of IoT in construction sector is material management.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the invention is that, the system and method for power maintenance of machine used for construction site by using Internet of Things (IoT).
Another object of the invention is that, easy tracking of power status of machine for construction site.
Another object of the invention is that, prevent machine breakdown due to proper power off.
Other object of the invention is that, prevent accident cause by machine.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for power maintenance of machine used for construction site using Internet of Things (IoT). The power maintenance of machine application is installed at backend server. At very initial stage all machine used for construction site are attached with the Internet of things (IoT) enabled sensors. So, whenever machine is ideal while power on, it sense it and send alert to construction supervisor about it. So, supervisor immediately warn the operator/ worker about it and tell them to power off the machine.

The present invention discloses the system and method for power maintenance of machine used for construction site by using Internet of Things (IoT).
Internet of Things (IoT) has many applications depending on the physical devices that are connected and one of the most remarkable applications of IoT in construction is power maintenance of machine used for construction site.
The method and system for power maintenance of machine used for construction site by using Internet of Things (IoT) is comprising of:
Backend server – storing data from smart sensors
Sensors – sense whether particular machine is in ideal condition with power on mode and send data to backend server
The each and every machine used for construction site has attached internet of things enabled sensor. This sensor checks whether machine is in ideal condition for particular time with power mode on or not. Then sensor sends data to backend server to alert the construction supervisor about it.
The power maintenance of machine used for construction site using Internet of Things (IoT) is comprising of following steps;
Step 1) The power maintenance of machine used for construction site application is installed at backend server
Step 2) Every machine is attached with internet of things (IoT) enabled sensor with unique id
Step 3) When the machine is ideal for stored time when power mode is on, it send alert message to server which is handled by construction team member
Step 4) Construction team member send alert to construction supervisor that the particular machine is in ideal condition with power mode on, and advise him to power off the machine
This is the basic model of power maintenance of machine used for construction site. And scope of invention is not limited to this only.
The power maintenance of machine used for construction site by using Internet of Things (IoT) has some advantages such as:
Easy tracking on machine – As sensor attached to the each and every machine, tracking of every machine can be done easily.
Power maintenance of machine – When any machine is ideal for time with power mode on, then it send alert to backend server. The construction team member with the help of backend server send message to construction supervisor about machine and advice him/her to power off the machine.
Avoid accidents -As invention send alert to server and server send message to supervisor, machine will be power off within a minute. Which is beneficial to avoid any accidents related to machine.
Avoid machine from breakdown – As construction supervisor get message to power off the machine which is in ideal condition with power on mode, it keep machine in good condition. Unnecessary machine on would cause breakdown of machine early. With the help of this invention, it avoids machine from breakdown.
It’s no longer necessary to send worker to check out everything. The invention solves the all problems related to power maintenance of machine used for construction site.
Take an example of this invention, suppose concrete mixture machine is in power on mode. After use, operator does not power off the machine. After some time when machine is in ideal condition, the sensor which is attached to the machine send alert to backend server about it. The construction team member who is operating backend server can received this alert. The construction team member send message to the operator of mixture machine informing him that the machine is on, so power off the machine if it is not needed now.
