Abstract: A system for preventing spam emails is disclosed, comprising of; mail server database for collection of emails from registered users; a computer, laptop or tablet; and a communication network such as internet. The system and method allows reception of emails, in which a list of senders is registered in advance in order to re-distribute profits obtained from delivery of emails and prevent reception of unnecessary spam emails. The present invention reduces the burden of spam emails of users so that they can sort their emails in appropriate manner.
Claims:1. A system for preventing spam email comprising of:
a. mail server database for collection of emails from registered users;
b. a computer, laptop or tablet; and
c. a communication network such as internet for communication;
wherein, the electronic device such as computer, laptop or tablet can be used for communication via emails and the mail server database is the collection of all the emails including the important emails and spam emails.
2. The anti-spam system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said system examines the body and subject line (headline) of an email, as well as words in the message in order to filter the content.
3. The method for preventing spam email comprising of:
a. registering information of senders for reception of their own emails in database;
b. receiving email in the database containing the list of registered senders;
c. judging whether the email has registered in database;
d. setting anti-spam system before visitor;
e. sending problem to an email address of a corresponding email sender (visitor);
f. checking the answer for the problem put forth before visitor for a preset time period; and
g. transmitting mails to the sender if the answer is correct.
wherein, the answer for the problem is not correct then the email is transferred from database to spam folder of user.
4. The method as claimed in claim 2 wherein, the said visitor is able to give the correct answer of the problem raised by the server database then only that email is considered as relevant mail and is sent to the inbox of the relevant user. , Description:Field of the Invention:
The present invention relates to a system and method for preventing spam electronic mails (emails). The present invention more particularly relates to a system and method for preventing spam emails to protect users from spam emails bad effects.
Background of the Invention:
Email spam, is also known as junk email are the unsolicited messages sent in bulk by email (spamming). Most email spam messages are commercial in nature. Most of the email service providers and internet users suffer from these spam email. Bad effects of these spam emails are very severe and are seem to grow larger and larger in the result of a recent problem inquiry.
Many email messages are not only annoying, but also dangerous because they may contain links that lead to phishing web sites or include malware as file attachments.
Spammers collect email addresses from chat rooms, websites, customer lists, newsgroups, and viruses that harvest user’s address books. These collected email addresses are sometimes also sold to other spammers.
Alternatively, web users record their desired particular mail address in order to receive only an email having the corresponding mail address. The rejection function or a filtering function is currently used to prevent spam emails. The rejection function is for rejecting spam emails by a particular sender by the roots. The filtering function directly blocks emails containing particular words. These two functions are included in outlook express. The spammer uses a relay spam method of sending emails by disguising as if an operator of the relay server sent an advertisement email to many and unspecified persons.
An idea of eliminating spam emails totally does not exist. In other words, it is not nearly possible to block spam emails completely up to 100%. It is the main key how to efficiently block spam emails which increase in geometrical progression. Spam emails gather all email addresses of many unspecified persons on lump some basis. So a considerable amount of spam emails can be intercepted. Since emails are used increasingly, a sender can take the advantages of sending as many as web emails simultaneously, at no cost, but an email server operator which processes emails covers burdens of processing emails due to an increase in the number of emails used, cause a burden of increasing expenses. Thus, disproportion between the emails senders and the email server operators should be solved.
The present invention is a system to protect users from bad effects due to spam emails and to re-distribute profits for email senders, email receivers and a receiver's end email server operators.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:
The main object of the present invention is to provide a system and method for allowing reception of emails, in which a list of senders is registered in advance in order to re-distribute profits obtained from delivery of emails and prevent reception of unnecessary spam emails
Yet another object of the present invention is to reduce the burden of spam emails of users so that they can sort their emails in appropriate manner.
Other objects and benefits of the present invention will be more apparent from the following description, which is not intended to bind the scope of the present invention.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
Accordingly, a system and method for preventing spam email is disclosed. A system for preventing spams email comprising of; mail server database for collection of emails from registered users; a computer, laptop or tablet; and a communication network such as internet. The system and method allows reception of emails, in which a list of senders is registered in advance in order to re-distribute profits obtained from delivery of emails and prevent reception of unnecessary spam emails. The present invention reduces the burden of spam emails of users so that they can sort their emails in appropriate manner.

The present invention is a system and method for preventing spam email. The system and method allows reception of emails, in which a list of senders is registered in advance in order to re-distribute profits obtained from delivery of emails and prevent reception of unnecessary spam emails. The present invention reduces the burden of spam emails of users so that they can sort their emails in appropriate manner.
In one embodiment, the method for preventing spam email comprising of: registering information of senders for reception of their own emails in database; receiving email containing the list of registered senders; judging whether the email has registered in database; setting anti-spam system before user; sending problem to an email address of a corresponding email sender; and checking the answer for the problem put forth before user for a preset time period; and transmitting mails to the sender if the answer is correct, wherein the answer for the problem is not correct then the email is transferred from database to spam folder of user.
The anti-spam filter prevents the inbox from being saturated with junk mail, and moves these types of messages to a mail folder called SPAM. Then, all messages detected as spam are automatically moved to the Spam folder. It flags emails that it considers to be suspicious content and sends it straight into a spam folder. Anti-spam software examines the body and subject line (headline) of an email, as well as words in the message and in this way content filtering is carried out. Content filtering examines the headline against an extensive internal database of words and terms that spammers use, including obvious ones such as: Free; Extra Cash; Millionaire; Viagra formula; Rolex discounts. Content filters only block emails that contain, word combinations and word phrases. So spammers will alter word spellings and use other tricks to avoid getting blocked out so they can sneak their messages through to user.
Anti-Spam works with email programs like Windows Mail, Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express, and Mozilla Thunderbird, and filters email that you access through a browser, like Yahoo and Microsoft Hotmail. It works with various types of email accounts, such as POP3, POP3 Webmail, and MAPI (Microsoft Exchange Server).
As soon as you install Anti-Spam, its default settings immediately protect the email of user from spam and phishing. User can:
• Decide how aggressively to filter messages by adjusting the filtering level
• Create own filters to specify what to look for in a message
• Set up a Friends List to ensure that friends' messages are not filtered, even if they appear to be spam.
• Set up webmail accounts so that Anti-Spam checks the email received through a browser.
• Add websites that trusted to a whitelist. The websites listed on the white list are not filtered.
In another embodiment, a system for preventing spam email comprising of; Mail server database for collection of emails from registered users; a computer, laptop or tablet; a communication network such as internet.
The user has an account on mail server database on which all emails are received. The email is a group when on e-mails from the registered sender mail server stores the email in the mailbox of a message receiver and, if the e-mail from the non-registered sender receives allowed for the sender the problem to determine whether or not to give a message sent to the sender. Enter the given code in the filtered box.etc. The answers for these problems are already feeded to the database through the antispam software. If visitor is able to give the correct answer of the problem, then only that email is sent to the inbox of the relevant user. If answer is wrong, it is reported as spam.
Mail server DB (database) have the information that the user group list of registered senders e-mail address or e-mail sender's IP address lists, and can distinguish between the sender is stored. At this time, the Safe address book is divided into a personal address book and address book server. A list that is stored in the personal address book is stored in each of mail recipients were Inbox of the email from the sender. It can be forced to be stored in a mailbox of the receiver.
