User/quality team member start the application, and get predictive analytic and pattern recognition with the help of big data technology. This helps in determine the number and type of quality tests truly needed for particular item. And only that quality tests will be done for particular item.

4) The system claimed in claim 3 wherein, determine the number and type of quality tests truly needed for particular item.

, Description:FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for product quality improvement by using big data technology. The invention is related to manufacturing sector, which are now well developed due to upcoming technologies. Big data is one of the best technologies which can be effectively used for manufacturing.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
Quality is doing the right things right and is uniquely defined by each individual. A product or process that is Reliable, and that performs its intended function is said to be a quality product. The degree to which something meets or exceeds the expectations of its consumers.
Product quality means to incorporate features that have a capacity to meet consumer needs (wants) and gives customer satisfaction by improving products (goods) and making them free from any deficiencies or defects.
Quality is critical to satisfying your customers and retaining their loyalty so they continue to buy from you in the future. Quality products make an important contribution to long-term revenue and profitability. They also enable you to charge and maintain higher prices.
There are certain steps to achieve product quality such as,
Understand what quality is, build a solid product strategy, implement a quality management system, make quality a part of your company culture, perform product and market testing and always strive for quality.
The quality of product achieves with above criteria. But sometimes it may happen that some of the above criteria is not check for quality or not necessary for particular item. But due to sequential process it has to be carried out, which takes time and money which is not needed in reality.
The present invention gives the solution to above problems.
The present invention discloses the system and method for product quality improvement by using big data technology.
Big Data Technology can be defined as a Software-Utility that is designed to Analyse, Process and Extract the information from an extremely complex and large data sets which the Traditional Data Processing Software could never deal with.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the invention is that, the system and method for product quality improvement by using big data technology.
Another object of the invention is that, the system gives information about manufacturing defects with the help of sensors.
Another object of the invention is that, the system does predictive analytics in quality testing.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for product quality improvement by using big data technology. Product quality improvement application is installed at backend server. With the help of big data technology and invention, predictive analytics and pattern recognition is done. This helps in to determine the number and type of quality tests truly needed for particular item. And only that quality tests will be done for particular item.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for product quality improvement by using big data technology.
Big data is the vast volume of structured or unstructured data that is readily available at our collective fingertips. These large data sets are analysed to reveal previously unknown patterns and provide insights into businesses, human behaviour, and more. Big data analysis is used for everything from financial services, to gauging someone’s productivity, to even monitoring the weather.
Advanced analytics based on the exploitation of big data provides an innovative approach for digital quality management. The system can thus predict quality-critical deviations with a high degree of accuracy. These insights are used to improve practices and to predict outcomes and interactions.
The key feature of big data is to analyse, understand and interpret it in order to give user a full a picture as possible about the product quality.
The system and method for product quality improvement by using big data technology is comprising of the contents such as;
Backend server – Product quality improvement application is installed
Any open-source framework like Hadoop for data analysis which stored data on big data.
An application for product quality improvement
Sensors – determine whether item has any manufacturing defects or not
Wi-fi modem – for connectivity between sensors and backend server
Big data consists of five stages such as-
Data sources- web and social media, machines, Sensing, IoT
Content format – structured, semi-structured, unstructured data
Data stores – document oriented, column oriented, graph database, key value
Data Staging – cleaning, transform and normalization
Data processing – Batch and real time
The system and method of product quality improvement by using big data technology is comprising of the following steps such as;
Step 1) An invention application for product quality improvement is created and data for the application is provided by big data
Step 2) An invention application is installed at backend server
Step 3) User/quality team member open the application for product quality checking
Step 4) User/quality team member select product from the list of products waiting for quality check
Step 5) Predictive analytics and pattern recognition for product is done with the help of big data technology
Step 6) It determines the number and type of quality tests truly needed for particular product item
Step 7) Only needed quality tests will be done for particular product item
Here, the role of big data technology is as of;
Big data is the analytical approach to accumulating and interpreting all of the data sets for trends and revelations and can be helpful in product quality improvement.
With the help of big data technology and invention, predictive analytics and pattern recognition is done. This helps in to determine the number and type of quality tests truly needed for particular item. And only that quality tests will be done for particular item.
Huge savings can be made when using predictive analytics in testing. One single product might require thousands of different quality tests. The number of the tests required can be hugely reduced if pattern recognition and predictive analytics are used to determine the number and type of tests truly needed, instead of performing all tests on all items.
Production line quality can also be significantly enhanced with big data analytics. Sensor data analysis can detect manufacturing defects early, which reduces the time and cost related to adjusting the production processes.
Use of big data is looking promising in the manufacturing field and it can become a standard in the future.
Big data have some advantages for the invented system, such as;
Speeding up the time to market - Examining the findings of big data interfaces can enable companies to significantly reduce the amount of time needed to handle validation testing before placing a product on the market. This approach, reduces the number of tests performed by 70%, helping products reach the market faster without sacrificing quality.
Gives compiled insights that inform improved product design and testing – Big data platforms can quickly look at opinions broadcasted on social media or, in the case of an internet-connected device, keep tabs on how people use products in development without explicitly reaching out to them to get their feedback.
Saves time and money- As it determines which tests need to be done for quality check, it saves time and also money. No need to carry on all quality check test.
