Abstract: The present invention discloses the system and method for registration of the government granted certificates using blockchain technology. User has to create profile with all needed documents before requesting the any registration on any electronic device which has active internet connection. By receiving this request, backend blockchain server get activated. It processes all documents which are provided by user for verification. After verification of documents, it will execute smart contract for requested registration enquiry. The present invention save data to blockchain server in cryptographically format. Claims:We Claim,
1) The system and method for registration of government granted certificates using blockchain technology comprising of components such as;
a. The electronic device with active internet connection- used for creating profile of user, user requests for registration certificates
b. The blockchain API (Application Programming Interface)- verification of all documents submitted by user
c. The blockchain server at backend- New data is stored in server in cryptographically form
2) The system claimed in claim 1, user must have government approved photo id proof to prove his Genuity to prove that user is not fake.
3) The system claimed in claim 1, user must submit all needed document related to birth registry or marriage registry or death registry with death reason online to application and create profile on application.
4) The system claimed in claim 1, could serve as proof of ownership, existence, exchange and transaction which would resulting in reducing the fraud cases.
5) The system claimed in claim 1, is online process so it reduces period for waiting the certificate which means it is accelerating the process.
6) The system claimed in claim 1, create smart contract. Due to which system become more transparent.
, Description:FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for registration of the government granted certificates through blockchain technology.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
Countries need to know how many people are born and die each year, and the main causes of their deaths in order to have well-functioning health systems. The only way to count everyone and to track all births and deaths is through civil registration. Civil registration provides the basis for individual legal identity but also allows countries to identify their most pressing health issues.
Surveys can be used to estimate population numbers, but do not provide information on causes of death. In the absence of full civil registration, sample registration, which involves tracking a small part of the population, can also be used. This system exists in China and India.
A marriage certificate is a legal document that joins two people who want to live with each other, for the entire life. As the society changes every day with increasing difficulties, registering your marriage can easily solve many of your legal problems.
There are so many barriers which prevent people from registering births, deaths and marriage. One of the main reasons is that, country do not have the necessary laws or infrastructure to make it obligatory to register births, marriage and deaths. In some countries, only people who live in cities have access to registration services.
The record of birth, marriage and death are important records of a citizen as they are used to confirm citizenship of citizens, and grant rights as per their status such as voting rights and work permits. While keeping such records in a conventional method can be slow and prone to error, such issues can be fixed with the public ledger such as Blockchain. The Blockchain can make such records more reliable by encrypting the records.
The present invention discloses the system and method to store the government granted certificates such as birth, marriage and death through blockchain technology.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The main object of this invention is the system and method for registration of the government granted certificates such as birth, marriage and death through blockchain technology
Another object of this invention is that using smart phone or any computing device registration can be done online.
Other object of this invention is that the data about certificate can be seen by anybody but no one can change the data because of its immutable. And data stored on each node of blockchain.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for registration of the government granted certificates such as birth, marriage and death using blockchain technology. The system and method for aiding government granted certificates registration is comprising of;
Electronic device with active internet connection – To send request for registration of birth or death or marriage to the authority.
Backend server for blockchain technology – To verify all document submitted by requester.
If all the requirements are met, then the system enables initiation of smart contract and the created data is save cryptographically in the server. the snapshot of the save information is extracted and id provided for public viewing.
Anyone who want to see this record, can send request for information. And at backend blockchain server search for particular block of information and load the data if available to that particular device in distributed form. So only seen option is available. And no one can change anything in it.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for registration of the government granted certificates using blockchain technology. Blockchain is, in essence, a digital database (or ledger) distributed across a network of computers. The records are protected by cryptography and are, therefore, protected against human error, editing and removal. The versatility of blockchain means it is being widely considered as a way to manage financial transactions, asset transfers and regulatory obligations. In particular, blockchain is now seen by many as the future of land registration.
The system and method to store government granted certificates using blockchain technology using blockchain technology comprising of contents;
Electronic device with active internet connection –
A) To create profile of user who want registration certificate.
B) To Send request for registration certificate to authority.
Blockchain API (Application Interface)- To Verify all document submitted by requester.
Backend server – The data is stored in cryptographically form with help of blockchain technology.
Birth Database – This database contains the records all people’s birth registration. In this database data is save in cryptographic form, so no manipulation or editing for change can be done other than authority.
Marriage Database – This database contains the records all people’s marriage registration. In this database data is save in cryptographic form, so no manipulation or editing for change can be done other than authority.
Death Database – This database contains the records all people’s death registration along with the reason of death. In this database data is save in cryptographic form, so no manipulation or editing for change can be done other than authority.
The system and method for registration of the government granted certificates using blockchain technology using blockchain technology comprising of the steps are as;
Step 1) User has to create self-profile.
User must have to create the profile on the application with details like Legal name, government-issued Id proof, and designation
Step 2) User has to select one of the registrations between Birth registration, Marriage registration and Death registration via any electronic device with active internet connection. A hash for the identity information submitted by the users gets stored on the blockchain.
Step 3) The backend server gets activated and calls blockchain Application interface and verifying the documents submitted by user for particular registration.
Step 4) If verification results negative then it will message user that verification not done and update right information.
Step 5) If verification results positive then blockchain executes smart contracts specific to requested action.
Step 6) The new registration data is stored in database cryptographically format. This database is on blockchain backend server.
Step 7) The new block of information is created using hash.
Step 8) This new block of information is attached to blockchain.
Step 9) As per user’s request, the registration certificate is issued to User who request for it through present invention.
Step 10) The new block data is published on every node, who is requested for watch.
But as per blockchain speciality, the data on Blockchain is immutable, auditable and decentralized so cannot be changed by anyone except authority.
The user can also see particular registration history with this application.
The similar example of the invention is in India itself. One-month-old Divit Biyani has become the first baby born in India to get a blockchain-based birth certificate. The state of West Bengal had announced earlier this year that they would soon begin to issue blockchain based birth certificates - and the first such instance has now taken place. Varun Biyani, the father of Divit, received his son’s birth certificate from the New Town Kolkata Development Authority (NDKA).
