Specification

Description:BACKGROUND
Field of Invention
[001] Embodiments of the present invention generally relate to printing of documents and particularly to a system for remote printing of documents.
Description of Related Art
[002] In numerous settings like banks and educational institutions, the demand for efficient document printing services is a constant. People often seek accessible, high-quality printing that's both affordable and swift, minimizing waiting times.
[003] Unfortunately, existing solutions within these establishments often involve third-party vendors for printing needs. However, these vendors encounter issues when transferring files from the users' devices to their own. Not only does this process pose technical hurdles, but the pricing set by these vendors tends to be exorbitant. Moreover, the print quality frequently falls short of expectations, leading to documents that are sometimes unreadable or unsuitable for submission to authorities.
[004] Furthermore, technical complexities frequently arise due to incompatible file formats or incorrect scaling when sending documents to these printers. These technical glitches add inconvenience to users. Moreover, the limited range of payment methods exacerbates the challenges of accessing these printing services, leaving users with restricted options when trying to pay for the services rendered. There is thus a need for an improved and advanced system for remote printing of documents that can administer the aforementioned limitations in a more efficient manner.
