Abstract: A system and method for repairing complex machine using augmented reality technology is disclosed. Application is installed on backend server. Any Augmented reality enabled electronic device is connected to sever. Repair team member wear AR enabled device. Choose the machine from the machine list for repairing. As soon as machine selected, team member goes to that machine where he can see the inner part of complex machine. And he can find problematic part of machine. Application suggest probable solution to the problem in minimum time.

1) The system for repairing complex machine using augmented reality technology comprising of;
a. Any Augmented Reality enabled electronic device
b. Application of complex machine repairing is installed on AR enabled device
c. Team member has to select machine from the list of machines which has problem
d. Application show the problematic part of machine on the AR enabled screen
e. Application suggest probable solution to the problem
2) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, the real time repairing complex machine can be done within a short time.

, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This present invention discloses the system and method for repairing the complex machine using augmented reality technology. The field of present invention is machine tool industry where a huge and complex customize machine are used for special purpose.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Many industries have huge and complex machines which are customized to perform particular process. As the technology become more and more advanced, their use in day-to-day life get is also increased. As each and every industry become more and more advanced, the machine becomes part of any industry.
But when some problem arises related to machine then the processes related to that machine get disturbed. Repair and maintenance team called to repair the machine.
For small machine it is easy and traceable to trace the problem and give solution to it. But in the case of huge and complex machine it is very difficult to trace the problem area and provide solution to it. Mostly these huge and complex machines are made up of number of small parts which are assembled to perform particular process. The repair and maintenance team called up to fix the problem.
The searching the problem of machine is done manually. Repair team has to perform test and error basis to check which part of machine has problem.
Currently there is no such system which recognize, which part of complex machine has problem.
The present invention suggests the solution to above problems. It suggests the real time problem identification of complex machine using augmented reality technology.
Augmented reality (AR) is a type of interactive, reality-based display environment that takes the capabilities of computer-generated display, sound, text and effects to enhance the user's real-world experience.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the invention is, system and method for repairing the complex machine using augmented reality technology.
Another object of the invention is, smart headset with AR feature/ AR enabled device is required
Other object of the invention is, application is installed to backend server.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for repairing complex machine using augmented reality technology. The system and method comprising of: The application should install at backend server. Augmented Reality enabled smart glass or headset. Repair team member wear the AR enabled device and go to problematic machine. At backend server, the diagram of machine is provided. As repair team member stand in front of machine, the all small parts of machine can be seen individually to team member. Then team member can see which part has problem. And installed application suggests the solution to that problem.

The present invention discloses the system and method for repairing complex machine using augmented reality technology.
The present invention system is comprising of contents such as;
Backend server – repairing complex machine application is installed
Any Augmented Reality enabled electronic device such as AR headset or AR glass
An application of repairing complex machine
The drawing of machine which has to be repaired
The present invention implemented in a combination of both hardware and software.
The present invention system is comprising of;
Step 1) The repairing complex machine application is installed at backend server
Step 2) Any Augmented Reality enabled electronic device (may be smart phone or tab or AR smart glass) which is connected to backend server with the help of wi-fi connectivity
Step 3) Team member select which machine has to repair from the list of machines
Step 4) As team member move to in front of machine which has problem, the all including small machines are displayed in AR device
Step 5) Team member can detect the problematic part of machine
Step 6) Application suggest the probable solution to problem
This is general overview of system. System is not bounded to this only.
The system has advantages such as;
It is time saving. Before this invention, the repair team member has to detect the problematic part of complex machine. This is really a hectic job. For this try and error method should be done.
The present system should find the exact problematic part of complex machine.
Take an example of complex machine such as, Roti maker. For this worker just need to place wheat flour, water and oil. And after all processing roti is prepared. Now, for any reason problem is raised, how the repair team member find, which part of complex machine is problematic. Here the present invention come in picture. With help of AR enabled device team member can identify which part of machine has problem. Application suggest probable solution to the problem.
The present system not only detect the problematic part of complex machine but also suggest probable solution to it with the help of augmented reality technology.
