Big data analyses data related to customers review and feedback acquired internally. This data can be used to spot the most significant strengths and weaknesses of travel business, and where customers are impressed or disappointed. Once this information has been gathered, travel businesses can use it to inform their training efforts, in order to make improvements and ensure future reviews are positive. As good review would definitely increase reputation of travel businesses.
