2) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, help to fine un-expected phenomenon, behaviour of the system.
, Description:FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for simulation of manufacturing processes by using big data technology. The invention is related to manufacturing sector, which are now well developed due to upcoming technologies. Big data is one of the best technologies which can be effectively used for manufacturing.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
Simulation modelling solves real-world problems safely and efficiently. It provides an important method of analysis which is easily verified, communicated, and understood. Across industries and disciplines, simulation modelling provides valuable solutions by giving clear insights into complex systems.
Simulation in manufacturing systems is the use of software to make computer models of manufacturing systems, so to analyse them and thereby obtain important information. It has been syndicated as the second most popular management science among manufacturing managers.
The most important objective of simulation in manufacturing is the understanding of the change to the whole system because of some local changes. It is easy to understand the difference made by changes in the local system but it is very difficult or impossible to assess the impact of this change in the overall system.
Simulation can be used to predict the performance of an existing or planned system and to compare alternative solutions for a particular design problem. Another important goal of Simulation in Manufacturing Systems is to quantify system performance.
Currently, the simulation of manufacturing process is done manually. And for doing that it requires real factory data but manufacturing company does not allow to share their real data for simulation because it is very large and sharing that data is really hectic job.
The present invention gives the solution to above problem.
The present invention discloses the system and method for simulation of manufacturing process by using big data technology. The present invention helps for simulation of new process by using big data technology. Big data provides all manufacturing data to invention application. And with help of it simulation of new processes can be done easily.
Big Data Technology can be defined as a Software-Utility that is designed to Analyse, Process and Extract the information from an extremely complex and large data sets which the Traditional Data Processing Software could never deal with.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the invention is that, the system and method for simulation of new manufacturing process by using big data technology.
Another object of the invention is that, for simulation of new process real data is provided by big data technology.
Another object of the invention is that, simulation of new process is carried out without disturbing current manufacturing process.
Other object of the invention is that, it saves time and cost of manufacturing team.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for simulation of new manufacturing process by using big data technology. An application of simulation of new manufacturing process is installed at backend server. Big data technology provides real data of manufacturing processes for simulation of new process which saves time and cost of manufacturing company. Simulation process can be carried smoothly.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for simulation of new manufacturing process by using big data technology.
Big data is the vast volume of structured or unstructured data that is readily available at our collective fingertips. These large data sets are analysed to reveal previously unknown patterns and provide insights into businesses, human behaviour, and more. Big data analysis is used for everything from financial services, to gauging someone’s productivity, to even monitoring the weather.
The key feature of big data is to analyse, understand and interpret it in order to give user a full a picture as possible about the testing of new process.
The system and method for simulation of new manufacturing process by using big data technology is comprising of the contents such as;
Backend server – Simulation of new manufacturing process, application is installed
Any open-source framework like Hadoop for data analysis which stored data on big data
An application for simulation of new manufacturing process
Big data consists of five stages such as-
Data sources- web and social media, machines, Sensing, IoT
Content format – structured, semi-structured, unstructured data
Data stores – document oriented, column oriented, graph database, key value
Data Staging – cleaning, transform and normalization
Data processing – Batch and real time
The system and method of simulation of new manufacturing process by using big data technology is comprising of the following steps such as;
Step 1) An application for simulation of new manufacturing process is installed on backend server
Step 2) Data for the simulation of new process is provided by big data
Step 3) User/simulation team member start the application
Step 4) User/simulation team member get information about manufacturing processes with the help of big data technology
Step 5) User/simulation team member carried out simulation of new process
Whenever any new process is used for manufacturing process, it can not be used directly. Its testing and simulation have to be done without disturbing current or running manufacturing processes.
For simulation of any new process in manufacturing industry, it requires the real data of manufacturing processes for accurate result. But it has really a lot of data and it is very hectic job to transfer or share this data. But Big data technology solve this problem. It provides all the needed manufacturing data to the system for the simulation of new process to obtain the accurate result. It is very easy to carry out any new process simulation without any fail.
Use of big data is looking promising in the manufacturing field and it can become a standard in the future.
The invention application has some advantages for the invented system, such as;
Saves time – As all data is provided by big data technology, simulation can be done apart from manufacturing unit, so time is saved.
Study the behaviour of a system without building it.
Results are accurate in general, compared to analytical model.
Help to find un-expected phenomenon, behaviour of the system.
Easy to perform “What-If’ analysis.
