Abstract: The method and apparatus for thermo flask has been developed to test the temperature both inner section and outer section of the product. Measured Temperature a small digital display is located on the top of the leak sealing arrangement All the details of the thermo flask are stored in the database with an unique code number. With help of unique Code all the details like manufactured time, date, testing result, place etc., could be retrieved. This invention also eliminates the defective product, helps to differentiate the duplicate Product from the original with help of the unique code number.

Presently the testing of flask products are made manually, there are chances to produce defective products which in contrast leads to a bad reputation of the manufacturing industry.
Objective of the invention
In the present invention relates to quality checking for flask inner and outer temperature identify the product the temperature is compared with expected results and finalized for verification.
Summary of the Invention
The object of this invention is to test the temperature of the flask products both inner section and also outer section of the product using IR Sensor and electric coil heater. The Double wall Vacuum bottle is place at (1) transfer machine loading and unloading point there it moves to next port (2) there the heater plug is inserted into it, the heating process starts, for and their process long last for 30 seconds until it reaches the next (3) port where the heater is measured port (4) to port (7) the inner temperature of the bottle is measured and an unique number is generated with date and time, the same is stored in the memory, when the bottle covers to next port (8) the external temperature is measured with the laser beam supported temperature heatering device, this will is done till it reaches the port (12)then the comparison between the inner and outer temperature takes place in the computer hardware. The barcode is generated with the testing ok. otherwise the computer will pop up message with the "test fail" and with an alarm to attract the operator the rejected bottle is further sent to quality control department for study and rectification back to production department for study and rectification back to production department the entire system is faster than any other method of testing the bottles. The testing apparatus helps the production unit to verify that the product is defective or not. It also provides the number of products developed, number of products passed and number of products failed under the testing process. The display unit displays all the details like manufactured date, time, testing result and place with the help of unique code number, it provides all the data in digitized format, which helps to maintain a good database for each product produced in the industry, it overcomes the defective products where all the data is retrieved in a computer thereby easing the tested products. However manual testing takes much time than automatic testing. This invention is boon for large scale industries. The customer can buy a tested vacuum product to store cold or hot beverage for a long period with the same temperature for long hours. When a customer gets a defective product then the good will of the industry manufactured will lose its reputation. So this testing apparatus overcomes all the above said factors.

Figure 2 describes the interfacing circuit.
The circuit diagram of the interfacing circuit has been obtained. The RXD(2) receives the data from sensor. TXD(3) transmits data to serial port. DTR (4) Data terminal ready is an acknowledge. GND(5) grounded. Sensor (1) measures the temperature of the vacuum bottle or flask and sends to the serial port through (3).Diodes (5) (7) (8) (9), resistor (6).
Figure 3 describes the arrangement of testing a vacuum product and displaying the data in personal computer.describes an overview arrangement of testing the vacuum product(lO) and retrieving the data in PC (13) through serial port interface(12) connection. The sensor (11) senses the temperature in the vacuum product and transfers it to a personal computer via a serial port interfacing circuit.
Claims:
1. The present invention is a system and method of testing unit for cool hot bottles, it combines the computer with the embedded system, barcode generation, unique number, date time for the batch, serial port interfacing circuit with the entire apparatus for testing. The said invention as mentioned in claim (1) the serial port interfacing circuit transmits data to serial port and

3. The said invention as mentioned in claim (2) Data Terminal Ready (DTR) acknowledges that data is received from RXD interfacing circuit promptly.
4. The said invention as mentioned in claim (1) the IR sensor measures the temperature of both inside and outside of the thermo flask.
5. The invention as mentioned in claim (4) the temperature is compared with expected result and finalized whether it is verified or not. All the products produced are stored in the database with an unique code number.
6. The said invention as mentioned in claim (6) with help of unique code number for each product produced duplication of the same product could be eliminated and reduced.
7. The said invention as mentioned in claim (1) the display unit displays all the details like manufactured date, time, testing result and place with the help of unique code number, it provides all the data in digitized format, which helps to maintain a good database for each product produced in the industry, it overcomes the defective products where all the data is retrieved in a computer, thereby we can easily make out the tested products.
