Claims:We claim:
1) The system and method for track daily production by using big data technology is comprising of the contents such as;
a. Backend server – Track daily production application is installed;
b. Any open-source framework like Hadoop for data analysis which stored data on big data;
c. An application for track daily production;
d. Sensors- senses whether machine operating or not,
Senses whether employee is working or not; and
e. Wi-Fi modem – for connectivity between sensors and backend server.
2) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, track the operating machine.
3) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, track working hours of employee.
4) The system claimed in claim1 wherein, track the number of units produced in day.
, Description:FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for track daily production by using big data technology. The invention is related to manufacturing sector, which are now well developed due to upcoming technologies. Big data is one of the best technologies which can be effectively used for manufacturing.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
Production is the organised activity of transforming resources into finished products in the form of goods and services; the objective of production is to satisfy the demand for such transformed resources.
The production process is concerned with transforming a range of inputs into those outputs that are required by the market. This involves two main sets of resources – the transforming resources, and the transformed resources. Any production process involves a series of links in a production chain.
Production processes scheduling is the process to allocate plant and machinery resources, plan human resources, plan production processes and purchase materials. It is an important tool for manufacturing and engineering, where it can have a major impact on the productivity of a process.
Production control is the systematic planning, coordinating, and directing of all manufacturing activities and influences to ensure having goods made on time, of adequate quality, and at reasonable cost.
Currently, the day to day track of production is done on paper or in computer files. But that data is used for only checking purpose. After some period that data is thrown away or deleted. But by using that data, decision related to production can be taken which impacts lots on business.
The present invention gives the solution to above problems.
The present invention discloses the system and method for track daily production by using big data technology.
Big Data Technology can be defined as a Software-Utility that is designed to Analyse, Process and Extract the information from an extremely complex and large data sets which the Traditional Data Processing Software could never deal with.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the invention is that, the system and method for track daily production by using big data technology.
Another object of the invention is that, the system gives information about operational machines.
Another object of the invention is that, the system gives information about number of units produced in a day.
Other object of the invention is that, the system gives information about employee working time.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for track daily production by using big data technology. Track daily production application is installed at backend server. Production team member start the application. With the help of big data technology and invention application, the production team member gets various information related to daily production such as information about operational machine, information about number of units of produced and information about employee working time. With help of this production team member can track the daily production of manufacturing.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for track daily production by using big data technology.
Big data is the vast volume of structured or unstructured data that is readily available at our collective fingertips. These large data sets are analysed to reveal previously unknown patterns and provide insights into businesses, human behaviour, and more. Big data analysis is used for everything from financial services, to gauging someone’s productivity, to even monitoring the weather.
The key feature of big data is to analyse, understand and interpret it in order to give user a full a picture as possible about the daily production.
The system and method for track daily production by using big data technology is comprising of the contents such as;
Backend server – Track daily production application is installed
Any open-source framework like Hadoop for data analysis which stored data on big data.
An application for track daily production
Sensors – sense whether and when machine is operating,
Sense whether worker is working or not,
Wi-fi modem – for connectivity between sensors and backend server
Big data consists of five stages such as-
Data sources- web and social media, machines, Sensing, IoT
Content format – structured, semi-structured, unstructured data
Data stores – document oriented, column oriented, graph database, key value
Data Staging – cleaning, transform and normalization
Data processing – Batch and real time
The system and method of track daily production by using big data technology is comprising of the following steps such as;
Step 1) An application for track daily production is installed on backend server
Step 2) Data for the invention application is provided by big data
Step 3) User/production team member start the application
Step 4) User/production team member select any past date from the calendar
Step 5) User/production team member get all information related to production for selected date
For an organization to operate efficiently, they need to monitor their everyday activities and monitor how useful are their production capabilities and how their day-to-day business is performing financially.
Here, the role of big data technology is as of;
Big data analytics can assist manufacturing companies in doing so by providing production team member intuitive insights from the information that is being collected from various sources. These sources can be their operational machines, databases keeping a log of the number of units produced, and employee records. This information can help companies in making decisions related to making changes that can be profitable for the organizations.
The sensors are used to sense whether and machine is working or not, which worker is working or not. Data from the production line, is saved in database which will give opportunities for optimization, cost-saving and prevention, as long as the right tools are available for data analysis.
Use of big data is looking promising in the manufacturing field and it can become a standard in the future.
Big data have some advantages for the invented system, such as;
Machine can be tracked – As sensor sense whether and when machine is working. It is very easy to track the machine condition.
Employee tracking – Employee data can be tracked in real-time by allowing data exchange between employee badges and production line units.
Tracking of production line – As the information about number of units produced daily is stored, tracking of production line can be done easily.
Cost-saving – Due to tracking daily production, production team can make decision related to making changes that can be profitable for the organizations.
