, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for virtual commerce for real estate by using virtual reality application. An invention particularly related to real estate and its commerce.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Real estate is property consisting of land and the buildings on it, along with its natural resources. It is immovable property of this nature. An interest vested in this (also) an item of real property, (more generally) buildings or housing in general.

Fear: In spite of popularity, there still resides an element of doubt in the mind of people when it comes to online shopping. This is because the customer cannot physically examine the product and is not sure about the features and attributes. This is why a lot of people prefer shopping from physical stores.
Product Suitability: As already mentioned, it is not possible for people to physically examine the product in eCommerce. In many cases, the original product may not match with the picture or specifications in the eCommerce site. This absence of ‘touch and feel’ creates a discouraging effect.
The present invention solves above issues.
The present invention discloses the system and method for virtual commerce for real estate by using virtual reality technology.
Virtual Reality technology at presents is coming up with endless opportunities for businesses to attract customers and clients. The goal is to create a personalized virtual store where a customer can choose and buy products.
With the help of web application of invention, customer can enter into the virtual shop and see the products, items which he would like to buy. Due to virtual reality technology customer experience that he/she is virtually present in that shop.
Virtual Reality (VR) is the use of computer technology to create a simulated environment. Unlike traditional user interfaces, VR places the user inside an experience. Instead of viewing a screen in front of them, users are immersed and able to interact with 3D world.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the invention is, the system and method for virtual commerce for real estate by using virtual reality technology.
Another object of the invention is, smart phone with high definition.
Another object of the invention is, web application should be open on smart phone.
Other object of the invention is, virtual shop is seen to customer smart phone for commerce.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for virtual commerce for real estate by using virtual reality technology. The web application for virtual commerce for real estate is created. User/customer wear the VR enabled headset and enter into real estate property. The user can see the virtual simulation of property with all furniture or decorative items placed in it. If user/customer want to change any furniture, decorative items or want to purchase new one, then he opens web application of virtual commerce for real estate application via headset. When user/customer select any product, it can include in virtual scene of property and check whether it looks good or not. Customer pay online for selected items.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Fig 1 shows flowchart of the method and computer program for this invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for virtual commerce for real estate by using virtual reality technology.
The present invention system is comprising of contents such as;
The virtual reality enabled headset – connected with background server
Background server – application of virtual commerce for real estate is installed
Wi-Fi modem – used for connectivity between VR enabled headset and background server
The present invention system is comprising of;
Step 1) An invention application is installed at background server
Step 2) User/customer wear VR Headset to see virtual stimulation of property
Step 3) The user/customer check the property with furniture and decorative items
Step 4) If user want to change furniture, decorative items or want to purchase new he will open website for purchasing
Step 5) User check new items and check if it is suitable for property or not
Step 6) User/customer purchase items and pay online
This is general overview of system. System is not bounded to this only.
Virtual shopping malls can be described as online 3D shopping malls where users can navigate (virtually) in a shopping mall through 3D technology like in real life. Users can walk virtually to clothing shops, pharmacy, banks, shoe shops, bookshops among many others. It is quite similar to video games.
Here in this invention application, as application starts, it creates virtual scene of property and furniture and decorative items in it. So, user feel that he/she is the part of that virtual property, and can roam here and there to check out items, furniture. And if user want to change furniture, decorative items or want to purchase new one, then he opens web application for virtual shopping. And select items from there and check whether that items suits with property or not. And pay online if items purchased.
The advantage of the invention presented is as follows;
World is open for shopping – User break the physical barriers for shopping. No need to depend on number of people passing through street, or anytime user can access the virtual shop.
No schedules – There aren’t any holidays or closing times, shop can be open for 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
Less time consuming – Virtual shopping consume very less time. The main time of travelling to shop is not here.
The example of this invention is as, suppose customer wants to change dining table which is shown in the property. So, from headset he can open web application for virtual shopping. Check for dinning table. Select 2-3 options. Check which dinning table suits most in the property. Pay online for purchased dining table.
Virtual Reality (VR) is the use of computer technology to create a simulated environment. Unlike traditional user interfaces, VR places the user inside an experience. Instead of viewing a screen in front of them, users are immersed and able to interact with 3D worlds. Virtual reality is a simulated experience that can be similar to or completely different from the real world. Applications of virtual reality can include entertainment and educational purposes. Other, distinct types of VR style technology include augmented reality and mixed reality.
