, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for virtual instructions for tenants by using virtual reality technology. In particular, it is related to real estate.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Rental property is a property from which the owner receives payment from the occupant(s), known as tenants, in return for occupying or using the property. The owner of rental property may be allowed to take certain tax deductions such as mortgage interest and depreciation.
Most of the people’s choice of investment is real estate, more particularly, rental property. Due to regular rent scheme without tax, it is beneficial to owner. Now there is setting a trend, in which real estate company give a pent house, or flat, or suit on rent for vacation purpose. Owner and tenants have the agreement between them with all rules and regulations.
But still when tenants come to live, they face so many problems or more specifically less information about some instruments or some facility provided by owner. In this situation, tenants always call owner to gain the knowledge of system. Sometimes it becomes really irritating to answer silly questions.
Currently, there is no such system which solves this problem.
The present invention discloses the system and method for virtual instructions for tenants by using virtual reality technology.
Virtual reality is a simulated experience that can be similar to or completely different from the real world. Applications of virtual reality can include entertainment and educational purposes. Other, distinct types of VR style technology include augmented reality and mixed reality.
With the help of this invention, by wearing just Virtual reality enabled headset, tenants can understand how the system works, and other instructions given by owner of the property.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the invention is, the system and method for virtual instructions for tenants by using virtual reality technology.
Another object of the invention is, Virtual reality enabled devices are needed (such as VR headset).
Other object of the invention is, virtual application for virtual instructions for tenants should be ready.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for virtual instructions for tenants by using virtual reality technology. The invention application is installed at any computing device such as computer or laptop. The application is designed in a such a way that it stimulates the virtual instructions of property to tenants. Virtual reality headset is connected with any computing device where application is installed. As tenants wear headset, he would be the part of virtual scene of property which he/she has been seeing. And tenants can see all the virtual instructions of property and all system of property. Tenants doesn’t need to call owner frequently to ask anything about system of property.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Fig 1 shows flowchart of the method and computer program for this invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses the system and method for virtual instructions for tenants by using virtual reality technology.
The present invention system is comprising of components such as;
Any VR enabled device such as VR headset
Any computing device with active internet connection – the virtual instructions for tenant’s application is installed
Wi-Fi modem - for connectivity between any computing device and virtual reality enabled device
The present invention implemented in a combination of both hardware and software. The present invention system is comprising of;
Step 1) The virtual instruction for tenant application is installed at any computing device
Step 2) VR enabled headset is connected with any computing device
Step 3) Tenants wear VR enabled headset
Step 4) Tenants experience the virtual instruction for property and its system
This is general overview of system. System is not bounded to this only.
Here by using this invention tenants experience virtual instruction of property and its system.
The invention helps tenants to understand how the various system of property works or how these systems used. Tenants can see and observe the virtual instruction minutely.
The advantages of the invention presented is as follows;
Clear view of instruction of various system of property - With the help of VR technology, tenants can experience clear view of virtual instruction of various system and property.
Virtual instruction is more flexible and more creative – Real estate property owner have set the application with headset. So, whoever tenants come, by wearing VR enabled headset can experience virtual instructions with more flexibility When compared to traditional paper instruction, virtual instruction have 100% more creative freedom.
Take an example of this invention, suppose tenant unknown about the system thermostat which are installed in flat. Now how it works, tenant doesn’t know. Then to know thermostat system, tenant calls owner. And tenant calls until he get full idea about it. Now with this invention application, no need to call owner. By just wearing VR headset, tenant can know how thermostat work.
Virtual Reality (VR) is the use of computer technology to create a simulated environment. Unlike traditional user interfaces, VR places the user inside an experience. Instead of viewing a screen in front of them, users are immersed and able to interact with 3D worlds.
Virtual reality is a simulated experience that can be similar to or completely different from the real world. Applications of virtual reality can include entertainment and educational purposes. Other, distinct types of VR style technology include augmented reality and mixed reality.
