Abstract: A water pump and electric motor is very important role in agriculture, residential, industrial sector, in present scenario water is our basic needs for living of life, water pump is a common word but we descried may types of water pump like submersible pump, open-well submersible pump, self-priming pump, slurry pump, mud pump, booster pump, mono-block pump, electric motor etc. Basic role of water pump is lifting water from one side to another side. Typically water pump is a combination of electric and mechanical Devices. Electric motor made from various parts like Electric & Mechanical Parts, The major role is a armature (winding armature), the armature is a heart of electric motor, without armature motor not create any electric & magnetic field, in this invention our motto is a how we can protect electric motor armature. In presently many devices available in market for protecting motor with help of instrument, like dry run protection, single phase prevention, voltage regulation, current regulation ,etc. but our invention & system is works interlay or inbuilt fitted inside electric motor, this device is protect to motor from burning. Loss of armature, Damage of stator etc. Hence, there is a need to protect motor armature from external factors motor will safe & secure from in difficult condition. The device is a connected in between of power supply and a motor, the device is a very compact and easily fitted inside motor.

FIELD OF INVENTION
In 21st Century it is a very difficult to live without water, the water help to live human, live natue.in India 80% of water used in agriculture sector. This invention & system is help relating to protect electric motor, used in Agriculture sector, residential sector, Industrial Sector.
This Invention is help to many sectors who's dealing with electric motor & water pump. Electric motor made from various parts like Electric & Mechanical Parts, The major role is a armature (winding armature), the armature is a heart of electric motor, without armature motor not create any electric & magnetic field, in this invention our motto is a how we can protect electric motor armature.
In presently many devices available in market for protecting motor with help of instrument, like dry run protection, single phase prevention, voltage regulation, current regulation ,etc. but our invention & system is works interlay or inbuilt fitted inside electric motor, this device is protect to motor from burning, Loss of armature, Damage of stator etc.

COMPLETE SPECIFICATION OF INVENTION
The following specification particularly describes the disclosure and the manner in which is to be performed.
A system for protecting an electric motor & water driven pump a device fitted inside of the motor so is help to protect motor from interrupted power supply, voltage dropping, voltage fluctuation, etc. This invention is contain thee parts of unit, the heart of the system it's called control unit, the control unit is a made of various parts like, starting unit, contactor, temperature control unit, ampere control unit. The flow of works of the system is a start from voltage source to the control unit and end to the motor. The major role of this invention is a secure motor from faulty or damage power source.so question is a how device it's a work better in faulty situation. The device works start from starting unit, the power supply line is a Ll,L2,L3,here L1,L2 & L3 indicate of phase of the voltage source is a three phase line and for single phase line LI phase and Nl neutral in supply. The device is working easily both power supplies either is a single phase or three phase power supply, because our system is protect to motor from power supply. Let's start with three phase power supply model; the working of single phase supply model is same as a three phase supply model.
The starting unit is a connected with the power supply LI, L2 & L3, in this situation if power line is faulty each of any of three lines so starting unit will not start the motor with the help of contactor of any cost. The starting unit will not start the contactor of motor until and unless voltage source will not sufficiently. An electric motor is a combination of electrical and mechanical parts, the control unit is helpful to protect motor from any external and internal fault.in short the power line or voltage source is enough and each of all phase sufficient so and so motor will start by starting unit, in another situation line phase L1,L2 & L3,Connect with the motor if LI is not sufficient and L2 & L3 is sufficient that time also motor not start ,in case LI & L2 is sufficient but L3 is not sufficient to supply power that time also motor will not start, in case LI & L3 is sufficient but L2 is not sufficient so that time also starting unit will not start the motor.so it's a compulsory to L1,L2 & L3 is a sufficient or live phase to start the motor.
In another case voltage source LI, L2 & L3 is sufficient, so starting unit start & contactor start the motor, now any external or any internal problem will happened in running condition like LI, L2 & L3 any of three phase line down or cut, phase line dropping, frequency dropping, voltage dropping etc., that time also our invention help to protect motor easily, the ampere and temperature unit help to protect motor from burning. If any external and internal fault rise that time motor ampere also increase that time ampere unit

cut down amps at a threshold value of ampere and contactor stop the motor. The temperature unit also works when voltage source or any internal fault raise that time motor winding armature temperature also raise that time temperature unit will shut down motor with the help of contactor at a threshold temperature and secure motor from this situation. Once motor take a maximum temperature that time contactor cut down power supply to motor once motor getting temperature, motor need to take a time for cooling down, motor will not start until and unless motor temperature is a normal condition. When motor temperature is normal that time is able to run.

The temperature unit and ampere unit is a work together in control unit, sometime motor temperature rise quickly that time motor ampere will not in a pick level ,so temperature unit will stop the motor with the help of contactor and cooling down the temperature .the motor will not start until and unless motor rise a normal temperature. Sometime temperature unit not a pick temperature that time motor amps raising quickly that time ampere unit stop motor with the help of contactor quickly.

To further clarify the advantage & feature of the present invention. The diagram and figure will help to understand system of protecting electric motor from faulty power supply.one more thing this invention is an inbuilt device and it's an installed inside of the motor and directly connect with the power supply, now we understand the how device works, the device will successfully work in water driven motor, this device is also work in electric motor, submersible pump, open-well submersible pump, self-priming pump, slurry pump, mud pump, booster pump, mono-block pump, others.

This invention its help to safe & secure electric water pump winding armature from interrupted power supply and internal damage, the control unit of device is a heart of the invention, control unit is directly connected with input voltage source it is a coming from main power supply, the input voltage source is also known as electricity power, there are two types of supply one is a single phase and second is a three phase power supply.

FIG.l is a shown representation of the device; the device is directly connected with voltage source and electric motor. The control unit having various others part like contactor, starting unit, ampere unit, temperature unit. The control unit is an inbuilt fitted inside motor.

FIG.2 is a shown the representation of the voltage, control unit and motor connection, let's take a simple example to show the all scenario to easily understand the working principal of the invention.

In three phase voltage source the input voltage is a 415v, the voltage source Is directly giving to the control unit, the voltage source contain LI, L2 & L3, it's a phase line of the input source.as we previously describe the starting unit is a part of the control unit, here starting unit works is a to start the motor with the help of contactor if input voltage

connection is a sufficient and live phase connection. If power supplies LI, L2 & L3 each of any one phase line is not sufficient or live connection so starting unit will not start the motor with the help of contactor until the all phase line will sufficient and live phase connection.

FIG.3 is shown the representation of voltage source LI, L2 & L3 is continuously connected to motor; the starting unit start the motor with the help of contactor easily. Starting unit start the motor when all the phase line voltage is sufficient and continues line to motor, the major faults occurs in motor is a power problem ,if power supply is a not sufficient to motor the motor will chance to burn and damage of armature.

FIG.4 is shown the representation of voltage source LI, L2 & L3 is continuously connected to electric motor; the starting unit starts the electric motor with the help of contactor easily. Starting unit start the motor when all the phase line voltage is sufficient and continues line to motor, the major faults occurs in electric motor is a power problem, if power supply is a not sufficient to electric motor the electric motor will chance to burn and damage of armature. In short this device is fully protect and fully helpful to every motor like submersible pump, open-well submersible pump, self-priming pump, slurry pump, mud pump, booster pump, mono-block pump, electric motor etc. protect from burning armature, losses of armature. The controller unit is a commander to control the entire situation.

This invention it is help to protect electrical and mechanical fault occurs from external and internal factor like external factor is a power dropping, phase line cut, voltage fluctuation, etc. And internal factor like bushing problem, Bering problem, armature fault,

machining problem, etc.in both condition temperature unit & ampere unit will stop the motor with the help of contactor the motor is safe & secure from external & internal causes.

So how temperature overloads protection and ampere unit works, when any external & internal faults occurs that time motor amps will raising, in this condition motor ampere will raising, in this condition ampere unit will protect when motor crossed his threshold ampere limit, the ampere shut them down motor with help of contactor, motor armature temperature will also raising, in this condition temperature unit will protect motor armature temperature crossed his threshold limit then temperature unit will protect to motor and shut down motor with the help of contactor . When motor stop due to temperature unit that time motor inside temperature at a higher level, when motor raises his normal temperature that time motor will start otherwise motor will not start, motor need some time to cool down for again start.

FIG.3 shown a representation of power source line phase LI, L2 & L3 continues supplying power to motor, the FIG.8, indicate the motor in running situation but three out of one line phase LI is missing or dead to continues supplying voltage to motor, in this condition motor is running in two phase voltage in this situation motor receive not sufficient voltage from power sources, the control panel unit stop the motor at a time.

FIG.3 shown a representation of power source line phase L1,L2 & L3 continues supplying power to motor, FIG.9 is shown the representation of the voltage sources, the control unit is also helpful to protect the motor from two phase power supply, let's assume L2 voltage wire it's a faulty or not supply sufficient voltage to motor, its means motor raising temperature and motor also raising ampere ,the ampere unit & temperature unit & contactor is installed inside control panel unit, its help to shut down motor with help of contactor. The temperature unit and ampere unit works together. If any problem occurs like internal problem or external voltage problem both units stop the motor with help of contactor.

FIG.3 shown a representation of power source line phase LI, L2 & L3 continues supplying power to motor, FIG.10 is shown the representation of the voltage sources, the control unit is also helpful to protect the motor from two phase power supply, let's assume L3 voltage wire it's a faulty or not supply sufficient voltage to motor, in this case motor pick the ampere sometimes motor armature pick temperature, in both cases ampere unit and temperature unit works together and motor stop with the help of contactor, if motor stop with the help of temperature unit, then motor need some time for cooling period because temperature unit not able to work when motor in heating condition.

So, control unit is a fully protected unit if this invention is not installed in motor so that time motor run in fluctuation voltage and its burn or loss of the armature so control unit stop the motor.
FIG.11 is shown representation of the continuous supplying input voltage sources; the starting unit will start the motor with the help of contactor in normal condition. If any voltage problem occurs like any of one phase dropping, voltage fluctuation, voltage dropping, frequency dropping, power problem, low voltage, high voltage or any internal fault occurs like bearing problem, bushing problem, armature week due to voltage fluctuation or power fault, motor rotor faulted. So in this condition motor gaining temperature and motor also gaining ampere simultaneously.in this situation ampere unit will working when motor crossed his ampere limit that time ampere unit shut down motor with the help of contactor , sometime motor gaining temperature due to external and internal problem so temperature unit works when motor crossed his armature temperature above his saturation point ,that time temperature unit shut down the motor with the help of contactor, once motor will shut down by contactor that time temperature unit crossed his saturation limit & motor armature crossed his maximum temperature limit.so motor need some times to back his normal temperature position ,once motor back to his normal temperature that time only motor ready for start otherwise motor will not enable to start.

Further, the system is a very compact and less bulky, so device is fitted inside motor system, the device is very helpful to stop problem and safe motor armature from external & internal factor.

DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING
This system will be described and explained with specific figure & specific diagram to help understand the system

FIG.l is shown a block diagram representation of a system of control unit; the control unit contains contactor, starting unit, ampere unit & temperature unit, it is a directly connected in between voltage source and motor.

FIG.2 is shown a block diagram representation of a system for protection electric driven motor, the device is inbuilt and fitted inside motor, the control unit is connect in between power supply and motor.

FIG.3, is shown a voltage source it's a contain three phase line supply L1,L2 & L3.it means LI is a LINE 1,L2 is a LINE 2 & L3 is a LINE 3 phase line. The drawing indicate all three phase line is sufficient voltage then starting unit start the water driven motor with the help of contactor, otherwise motor will not start.

FIG.4 is shown a voltage source it's a contain three phase line supply L1,L2 & L3.it means L1 is a LINE 1,L2 is a LINE 2 & L3 is a LINE 3 phase line. The drawing indicate all three phase line is sufficient voltage then starting unit start the electric motor with the help of contactor , otherwise electric motor will not start.

FIG.5 is shown a voltage phase line L1, L2 & L3 representation, if input voltage LI is not sufficient or not line phase and L2 & L3 connected in line so starting unit not start motor with the help of contactor, because this device needs to all three phase line connection.

FIG.6 is shown a voltage phase line L1, L2 & L3 representation, if input voltage L2 is not sufficient or not line phase and L1 & L3 connected in line so starting unit not start motor with the help of contactor, because this device needs to all three phase line connection.

FIG.7 is shown a voltage phase line L1I, L2 & L3 representation, if input voltage L3 is not sufficient or not line phase and L1 & L2 connected in line so starting unit not start motor with the help of contactor, because this device needs to all three phase line connection.
In short, L1, L2 & L3 all phase line is live so and so motor will start, otherwise any of one line phase missing so motor will not start by contactor.

FIG.8 is shown a voltage phase L1, L2 & L3 representation a line wire is continues supplying voltage to control unit, starting unit start the motor.in this running situation some line fault will happens with the power supply like L1 line will not sufficient to supplying voltage to control unit, another two line L2 & L3 phase are continues supplying voltage to control unit, as per safety reason our control unit will stop the motor at a time with the help of contactor.

FIG.9 is shown a voltage phase L1, L2 & L3 representation a line wire is continues supplying voltage to control unit, starting unit start the motor with the help of contactor.in this running situation some line fault will happens with the power supply like L2 line will not sufficient to supplying voltage to control unit, another two line L1 & L3 phase are continues supplying voltage to control unit ,so in this situation motor is running now but motor running in two phase voltage and motor not getting sufficient voltage from power source in this time motor ampere will rise and motor also produce hitting inside armature, in this situation they are probably two situation will create.
Motor will stop when ampere unit will stop the motor Motor will stop when temperature unit will stop the motor
In this scenario some time motor taking huge ampere suddenly that time ampere unit will help to control the system and shut down motor with the help of contactor.one more things when motor ampere crossed the threshold ampere that time ampere unit will work and stop the motor with the help of contactor.
In other scenario some time motor inside armature temperature suddenly pick and crossed the threshold limit of temperature unit that time temperature unit will stop the motor with the help of contactor.in this situation sometimes internal fault also occurs like bussing problem, hitting problem, bearing problem that time also temperature and ampere unit works together and stop the motor with the help of contactor, the motor will stop either ampere situation or stop the motor temperature situation.

One important thing also playing role in temperature raised system unit is a when motor will stop due to over load temperature, that time motor needs some time for cooling period ,in this time motor will not start until they reach his sufficient normal temperature.
FIG.10 is shown a voltage phase LI, L2 & L3 representation a line wire is continues supplying voltage to control unit, starting unit start the motor.in this running situation some line fault will happens with the power supply like L3 line will not sufficient to supplying voltage to control unit, another two line LI & L2 phase are continues supplying voltage to control unit ,so in this situation motor is running now but motor running in two phase voltage and motor not getting sufficient voltage from power source in this time motor ampere will rise and motor also produce hitting inside armature, in this situation they are probably two situation will create.

- Motor will stop when ampere unit will stop the motor - Motor will stop when temperature unit will stop the motor

This situation is creating same situation as a FIG.9 situation motor will stop with the help of temperature unit or ampere unit with the help of contactor.

FIG.11 is shown a voltage phase LI, L2 & L3 representation a line wire is continues supplying voltage to control unit, starting unit start the motor, in this running situation any internal & external damage will create that time motor armature temperature rising slowly. When motor armature temperature raised and crossed his threshold value that time temperature unit will stop the motor with the help of contactor .another case some time ampere is also raised that time ampere unit is also shut down motor with the help of contactor when ampere value crossed his threshold limit.

In short this device is fully protect and fully helpful for electric motor to protect from burning armature, losses of armature. The controller unit is a commander to control the entire situation.

WE CLAIM
1. An inbuilt device for protecting armature of electric driven water pumps comprising:
A control unit is a directly connect to the voltage source to end directly connect with the motor.
A control unit operatively coupled to the another unit like contactor, the contactor main works is a accepting command from starting unit, temperature unit & ampere unit to start & stop the motor, starting control unit, it's help to the start or stop motor with the help of contactor, another one is an ampere unit, its help to the tripping or stop motor with the help of contactor at a saturation point ampere limit condition and one last is temperature unit is help to stop motor with the help of contactor at a threshold temperature limit and cool down the motor until motor reached his normal temperature.

2.the device as claimed in claim l,starting unit it may works when power supply or voltage source is sufficient and continues connect with the device then motor will start with the help of contactor otherwise starting unit will not start the motor with the help of contactor until voltage problem not solved.

3. The device as claimed in claim 1, the ampere unit works when some internal or external
factor happens that time motor ampere will raising that time ampere unit will stop the
motor with the help of contactor.

4. the device as claimed in claim l,the overloading temperature unit works when running
situation some internal or external faults occurs like voltage dropping, voltage fluctuation,
phase line drop, frequency variation, that time motor internal temperature also raising, in
this situation temperature unit cut down the power supply & stop the motor with the help
of contactor ,when temperature will achieved his threshold limit.

5. The device as claimed in claim 1, when starting unit will not start the motors it means
input voltage power supply LI, L2 & L3 each of any one phase is not continuous supplying
voltage to starting unit it means contactor will not start the motor, the starting unit have a
very important and measure role for protecting the device for an initial state, approximately
60% chances of burning & damage of winding armature is a when voltage source L1,L2 & L3
will not sufficient or not continuous supplying voltage to motor ,so this device is help to
primary stage to stop the burn out motor armature.

6. The device as claimed in claim 1, water pump in running situation at a time some power
problem or internal problem occurs that time LI, L2 & L3 voltage sources fluctuation or not
live to supplying continues power to motor the control unit shut down the motor with the
help contactor in this case temperature unit and ampere unit both works together and

protect motor from burning & damage of armature , approximately 30% chances of burning & damage of motor due to voltage problem in running situation, so our device help to stop this type of problem in water pump.

Rest of approximately 10% cases of motor burnout due to voltage drop or voltage fluctuation or line fault that time motor complete damage due to higher voltage or lower voltage source coming into the motor, but our device is a very help to protect the motor carried out from this situation with help of temporized and ampere unit protection.
We claim this invention or device is a literally helpful to farmers (agriculture field), residential and industrial sector and those all sector whose continues work with motor and electric power.

7. A method comprising:

A starting unit it's help to start the motor with the help of contactor ,if voltage source is sufficient then motor start otherwise motor will not able to start.

a contactor also works when motor in running situation at time power faults or any other faults occurs in any of the phase L1,L2 & L3 motor will stop works with the help of contactor. The control units contain contactor, starting unit, ampere unit, temperature unit, in some case motor armature temperature will raising that time temperature will stop the motor with help of contactor, sometime motor ampere will raises that time ampere unit will shut down motor with the help of contactor ,when ampere will crossed his threshold limit.

A system for protecting armature of electric driven water pump, the system includes contactor, starting unit, temperature unit, ampere unit, this all parts it's a called control unit, the control unit it's a control all situation if power fault occurs then motor will shut down. The control unit is located in between input voltage sources and electric motor, the device is an inbuilt and fitted inside motor.

The device has a work to protect motor armature from voltage source.
